We initially had an issue where I thought I purchased the tickets and a private guide for Manual Antonio National Park. When I arrived, they told me I only purchased the private guide, and the park was full and not selling tickets for the day. I was devastated as we drove an hour and a half for this event. But Viator made it right. They booked us on a Mangrove Tour, which was spectacular. We not only got to see many animals, but the monkeys were all over us in the boat. It was very special. We wouldn't have had that up close and personal experience at the park. I highly recommend Viator!

upon arrival at LIR we found out Viator drivers waited outside the baggage claim door. One gentleman greeted us and arranged for an earlier pickup as we got through Immigration quickly. He showed us to the car when it arrived and introduced us to our driver Jeffrey. Jeffrey told us we could take a short cut over the mountain and shave a half hour off our trip so we accepted. Taking backroads over the mountains on narrow roads with an occasional flood out gave us a feel for the jungle in Costa Rica and a glimpse into local life as we traveled through small rural villages. Jeffrey could communicate in English but gave me an opportunity to practice my Spanish. We learned about his background and family, facts about Costa Rica, thoroughly enjoyed his company as well as his expert driving skills. We enjoyed getting a feel for rural life in Costa Rica en route to our beach resort. It was a wonderful experience. Jeffrey was A++

Excellent experience. I met the shuttle just past where the taxis are located. The bus was clean and air conditioned. The driver was very nice and extremely helpful. He took each person to their individual drop off point which I found very helpful. They also stopped midway for a bathroom break and a shopping opportunity. Great trip, great price, great service. I highly recommend.

When we landed he was waiting with a sign that had my name (I just love that :)). He had cold waters waiting for us. The ride was smooth. Our Airbnb was in the mountains. The ride up was very scary but our driver got us there! I booked with the same company when my family was leaving. They had to leave around 1a. He was there on time ready to take them to the airport. Thank you so much!

Our driver was waiting for us just outside the airport with a sign showing our names, easy to find, helped with bags. The SUV was air conditioned nicely, he had water for us, and we made it safely to our hotel. I would recommend using them again (and we already booked him for our return trip to the airport!)

A little confusion at the airport but it was more me than the driver. Once we connected the drive was safe and the driver was friendly and professional. I have taken cabs from the airport and the experience can be hit or miss. This will be my go to transfer service in the future.

Jordan drove us from La Fortuna back to San José on an early morning ride. He made sure we had a stop for food along the way and carefully navigated safe alternate routes due to the weather. Thanks to his attentiveness, we made it safely and without any issues.

Eddie was amazing, he was at baggage claim before we even left the plane. He waited with us all as we waited for our luggage and then helped us out to the van. He loaded everything up and off we went. He was a great driver. Would recommend him and use this service again
