Just from the pickup to early on communication, the team worked very effectively to make sure our pick-ups went smoothly. Their driving was very safe and they ensured we had a comfortable ride even though there were a lot of potholes in the road. They would always let us know they arrived and even if we needed additional time they were able to accommodate. Would recommend the team and will book again next time iam in Costa Rica.

upon arrival at LIR we found out Viator drivers waited outside the baggage claim door. One gentleman greeted us and arranged for an earlier pickup as we got through Immigration quickly. He showed us to the car when it arrived and introduced us to our driver Jeffrey. Jeffrey told us we could take a short cut over the mountain and shave a half hour off our trip so we accepted. Taking backroads over the mountains on narrow roads with an occasional flood out gave us a feel for the jungle in Costa Rica and a glimpse into local life as we traveled through small rural villages. Jeffrey could communicate in English but gave me an opportunity to practice my Spanish. We learned about his background and family, facts about Costa Rica, thoroughly enjoyed his company as well as his expert driving skills. We enjoyed getting a feel for rural life in Costa Rica en route to our beach resort. It was a wonderful experience. Jeffrey was A++

Excellent experience. I met the shuttle just past where the taxis are located. The bus was clean and air conditioned. The driver was very nice and extremely helpful. He took each person to their individual drop off point which I found very helpful. They also stopped midway for a bathroom break and a shopping opportunity. Great trip, great price, great service. I highly recommend.

Harold was our driver and he was phenomenal. This company is easy to work with and they have great people working for them. Originally I had booked just a ride to the airport but we couldn’t check our luggage in that early. I contacted them and they gave me the option of renting the vehicle for 3 hours. So much better than sitting at the airport. The vehicles are clean and luxurious. My family enjoyed having the to see Old San Juan after our cruise. Harold picked us up from the cruise port, loaded our luggage and we were off seeing the sites. If you have time before checking in for your flight I would highly recommend. Driver stays with your luggage while you are able to shop, sight see, get something to eat, etc. He got us to the airport with zero issues. Highly recommend!!!

Our private transfer from LIR to Lafortuna was perfect! Our driver was at the airport waiting with a sign, wisked us away quickly to get on the road for our 3 hour journey! We got to stop and see the Arenal Lake overlook and even better got to see a wild monkey. The driver stopped and we got amazing pictures! Highly recommend this company!!!

When we landed he was waiting with a sign that had my name (I just love that :)). He had cold waters waiting for us. The ride was smooth. Our Airbnb was in the mountains. The ride up was very scary but our driver got us there! I booked with the same company when my family was leaving. They had to leave around 1a. He was there on time ready to take them to the airport. Thank you so much!

A little confusion at the airport but it was more me than the driver. Once we connected the drive was safe and the driver was friendly and professional. I have taken cabs from the airport and the experience can be hit or miss. This will be my go to transfer service in the future.

Alfredo picked us up from the airport and took such great care of us. Along the way, he accommodated us so well, even stopping halfway for food and some goodies. He shared great suggestions on things to do in the area and even pulled over so we could see a sloth—a rare and unforgettable sight! Alfredo also educated us about a nearby local festival, which made the trip even more special. We truly appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and hospitality.
