This company was great to book! They communicate the time they’re picking you up and the ride was comfortable. Halfway through they stop at this great little place where you can find the cheapest souvenirs I saw. You can also get a snack.

Very good experience for the price. The contact source was reliable and got back to me in a timely manner. The pickup and drop off was from hotel to hotel with very little confusion. My only slight complaint is that it takes a while to get out of the city if you are one of the first people picked up because you have to individually pick up about 10 people in my case.

Responsible, on-time, good communication (though would be better if pick up time could be notified earlier). The van was clean, spacious with WiFi (which was a bit slow but understandable as it was a moving vehicle).

We were the first pick and the driver was on time. The bus is simple but comfortable with charging plugs and wifi. We were able to get snacks and use the restroom mid way on journey.

The drive was really good and clam, our driver Carlos was really friendly and a great driver. Would definitely recommend it, the only downside (to say one) would be that with the shuttle packed if they don’t put the AC, it can get a bit hot.

Easy shuttle service from San Jose to La Fortuna with door to door drop off! Just can take a little while to pick everyone up and drop off depending on your destinations. One short pit stop about 40 mins prior to the end. Comfortable ride! Driver was chill.

Great price for the transportation. I felt safe for the entire drive and I appreciated the rest stop to use the bathroom with the option to grab food and/or hot beverages as well.
I wasn’t offered a pillow for the duration of the ride and there was a language barrier since the driver didn’t speak English.
Also, please note that the van makes several stops to pick people up and they’ll send you a list of all the pick up locations beforehand but it’s not in chronological order so it’s best to ensure that you’re ready on time.

The shuttle was late but we were announced in due time about it. For me was perfect as I had time to have breakfast and a great coffee in a place nearby. The driver was very nice, he did his job very well and he stopped on half way to go to toilet and to have a short snack. The shuttle is nice and clean with wifi and plug ins to charge the phones.

The bus driver had great communication and messaged everyone before pick up as well as updated us whenever possible. He stopped by a small shop for bathroom and some food. We also had the softest pillows, great wifi, and free water bottle. Chairs were also nice and soft.
The route up To La Fortuna is a lil bumpy and has lots of turns though so I recommend packing motion sickness pills(not the drivers fault that the roads are curvy, just wanted to mention this to ppl booking in the future.)
