Definitely the way to travel I was able to sit in the front seat so I could hear better to converse with the driver better. He provided cold bottled water to drink. The stop for a meal was perfect. Very impressed with this company. I provided them the Google map link provided by the VRBO company several weeks in advance. This company checked it out and let me know if was for a different villa. Thank goodness! I then contacted the VRBO and got the correct Google maps link provided

The driver was prompt and friendly. He respected times when we preferred silence but was informative when we engaged him in conversation. He offered snack and bathroom stops along the way. All in all, a fine experience.

Yorlen was our driver and he was incredibly helpful! We got delayed longer than originally planned getting off the plane and going through customs, but he was still waiting outside for us. We chatted with Carlos through WhatsApp the whole time and he was super responsive which helped ease my anxiety a lot. Yorlen gave us insight into local areas and things to do along with general knowledge. He was also incredible when I started feeling carsick in the windy roads and pulled over for us to take a break. Honestly one of the best experiences with transports we’ve had. Loved them so much were booking with them again on our return trip.

Everything went very smoothly and right on time. They were very responsive with the WhatsApp and answering all our questions. Richard was great and stopped to show us some sights along the way. Great transport up to the mountains!

Our private transfer from LIR to Lafortuna was perfect! Our driver was at the airport waiting with a sign, wisked us away quickly to get on the road for our 3 hour journey! We got to stop and see the Arenal Lake overlook and even better got to see a wild monkey. The driver stopped and we got amazing pictures! Highly recommend this company!!!

In process of filing a formal complaint. Shuttle was not there, no whattsapp notification or communication from shuttle service. Have text messages to prove flight information and told Carlos in April and the day before our flight arrival at 1pm. He didn't tell the driver we changed from United to American airlines in April so the driver waited2 hours then left. We told them our flight arrived at 1pm and will clear customs and come by 2pm. They missed us by15 minutes. Had to call them to see where they were. No apology from the driver or Crlos he owner as I had to prove my case through whatsapp conversations.

You're trying to imply that we did not provide the transfer service, and that's not correct. We provided a ride from Liberia to La Fortuna, and in your case, we not only found a store for your daughter to buy insoles, but we also tried to reserve food at the restaurant you chose. We know all this because we provided the service. The truth is, we didn't find you immediately at the airport. It took us 7 minutes to find you because you were still inside the airport. Unfortunately, like all businesses, we have to wait for guests after airport exit door.
We know all these details because we provide high-quality service. We waited as long as necessary, which gives us the satisfaction of providing reliable service to our customers.
Again, we're sorry you had a bad experience, but it was important for us to clarify the details.

When we arrived our driver (LEO) greeted us with a welcome sign personalized with my name. He was amazing, very informative, patient and had great sense of humor. He pulled over so we could take pictures and even took us to get food. Thank you LEO for welcoming us to Costa Rica with open arms

Highly recommend ..Driver right on time and we didn't feel rushed..We even had a chance to have lunch halfway to an amazing restaurant with views of a lake and beautiful surrounding landscapes..delicious meals and fruit drinks ..
