Yes, Chicago attractions and museums are worth it. The Windy City boasts some of the finest museums in North America, not to mention the world. It's also home to incredible attractions including Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and Wrigley Field—home to the Chicago Cubs. While you can easily visit Chicago without stepping foot in a museum or seeing any of its landmarks, you'll be doing yourself a serious disservice. Even the locals visit these places, and that says a lot!

Per one customer who purchased Field Museum of Natural History Admission Tickets, "The exhibits are exceptionally done. You can get brief information on each item, or drill down into more specifics on the touch screens. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I only wish I'd had the stamina to spend more time there."

Before booking tickets to Chicago attractions and museums, assess how much time you’ll have. If you’re on a tight schedule, it’s probably worth splurging for skip-the-line tickets or tours. If you’re not in a rush, consider packages or passes that let you visit multiple attractions and museums over a few days.

To fully enjoy Chicago attractions and museums, wear comfortable walking shoes. Even though you’ll be inside at most museums, you will get in thousands of steps. For example, the Art Institute of Chicago alone covers nearly one million square feet. If you’re visiting downtown attractions like Navy Pier or Millennium Park, consider taking public transportation or a rideshare service as parking in the city center is often expensive, and that’s if you can even find a spot.
