If you want a tour guide to stand by you- this is the one
This review will probably be unlike most others you’ll read.
Paolo was our guide and did a great job explaining the hike to us.
Unfortunately, minutes into the hike my girlfriend fell and broke her arm. (Purely accidental. Not in any way the tour guides fault.) He allowed the other hikers to meet up with another tour group and accompanied us to an emergency aid station and waited with us until the ambulance arrived to take my girlfriend to the hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital, another gentleman named Sebastian met us there. He also works for the tour company and refused to leave our side until my girlfriend was discharged from the hospital.
He helped us get our luggage. He helped us find a new hotel and transported us there when the volcano eruption canceled our flights.
He stayed with us until 9 pm .
Paolo texted several times checking in.. The level of support, compassion and empathy is rare and refreshing. If you want a company that stands by its customers, this is the tour provider for you.

Delicious Tour
Loved this tour! I’d do it all over again too. The food and history lesson were excellent!! I’m so sorry that I forgot the tour guide’s name but she used to work for Disney. She was excellent and her love of Sicily made the tour very enjoyable. Grazie!

Wonderful trip up Etna...
Wonderful trip up Etna with Lucas. So friendly, knowledgeable and lots of tips to raise our enjoyment of Sicily. Lucas picked us up from where we were staying, we had regular stops, great views along the way, stories of Etna, Catania and Sicily. The hike was enjoyable and not too taxing. Highly recommended.

Stunning Etna landscape and a very informative tour
Loved the Etna sunset tour! We started with tasting local wine and food, and then moved on to Etna. Our guide Francesco shared a lot of interesting facts all along the way. I loved the pace of the tour! There wasn't too much rushing. Of course, there was a need to finish the tour before the sun went down, but no picture went untaken and no question went unanswered because of it. And the Etna landscape is stunning! Highly recommend!

What an amazing tour!...
What an amazing tour! Alex our guide couldn’t have been better, his knowledge and enthusiasm about volcanoes is never ending and made the trip unforgettable. The wine tasting was an added bonus with food and wine delicious and plentiful in a beautiful chilled setting. Definitely worth the 5 stars!!

Best way to see Etna and learn about its history
Antonio made our day on Etna a truly memorable experience. Yes, it’s important to see the lava flows across the mountain and get a chance to hike through them. But from a granita stop, to a winery visit, to stops along the road to learn the smallest of details, we learned so much throughout the tour.
He clearly loves what he does and that makes the best kind of guide. Throughout the tour, he was stopping to take pictures to send to us - plus did a drone shot in one area.
Logistics were a breeze too. Despite booking last minute, he made sure we had clear instructions on how to meet our driver (Taormina isn’t conducive to easy navigation) and everything was taken care of each step of the way including protective equipment.
I’d recommend this to almost anyone visiting. There were some kids and older travelers. This tour isn’t too grueling, but even if you want to do a hike to the top separately, thus is a good way to learn about the mountain before submitting and take in experiences from that are integral to Etna.

Great, chill tour
Nice tour with a great guide. Lucas was not only knowledgeable about Etna and Sicily in general but he gave great recommendations for things to do in the surroundings. The Etna hike and the cave was a bit shorter than expected. Winery was amazing, food was superb.

An Amazing Day in Sicily
Excellent tour guide in Catania. Sicily, Italy. I may mot spell it correctly . Cheers to Carrillo. He gave excellent instructions where to meet us by the cruise port. We saw everything and even did some shopping. Beautiful historic sites and architecture. Castelmola was picturesque. Our tour included visiting a family owned cannoli shop to watch them make the delicious treats . We each enjoyed a cannoli. Our day ended with tasting arancini and almond wine from the region. His English was excellent and his car was clean and cool. We invited him to come visit us in Texas and we would take him to a Texan livestock show and rodeo in Houston . It was an amazing day.

Etna guided tour
Did an Etna guided tour with small walk, visited a cave and then relaxed at the family farm for lunch. Luca our guide was great - very knowledgeable with interesting stories and was even a crack photographer! Great day had by all of us in an amazing part of Italy.

Amazing day at Etna!
We had an incredible experience today. First we stopped to taste honey and a few few different wines. Next we ventured into a lava cave, before arriving at the Silvestri craters at 2000 meters. What an amazing place, we felt like walking on the moon!
The final stop was at the Gambino Vineyard, where we had a great wine tasting! The wine was paired perfectly with local food.
Our driver Salvo gave us an unforgettable day at Etna, sharing tons of information about Sicily, the volcano and so much more!
Thank you so much for this unique and memorable day! 🤩

Torimino and castlemola with views of Mt Etna
Toramina was our first stop and had a nice cup of cappuccino before the stores opened and made it through town to the theater 14euros and under 18 was free. Highly recommend the cannolis they fill in the booth.
Our Driver did a stop before for nice pic of Mt Etna and did a nice job explaining the area.
Went onto Castlemola for lunch and beautiful views.
