We booked Amigo Tours for a family trip to Chichén Itzá and chose the option to visit Chichén Itzá only and return to our hotel afterward, since we weren’t interested in visiting the cenotes. Our tour guide, Marcella, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She shared so much interesting history and really made our visit to Chichén Itzá memorable. Richard, our driver, was also wonderful. He was attentive and focused on the road, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We booked this service 3x during our trip to Cancun because on the flight over we got separated and needed a last minute pick-up at the airport. Whoever is on their WhatsApp messenger was very responsive and helped booked a last minute pick-up. We had a baby (infant) and if requested they put the car seat in the van ahead of time. All 3 drivers were nice. They texted on WhatsApp when they arrived. Thank you.

When we went out side I quickly saw a large sign with my name. Very easy to find! The person was friendly and quickly got us to our SUV and driver. Driver was friendly and was knowledgeable. Excellent communication from before pick up to dropping me off at my resort.

The communication with tour/ride operators was stellar! Operators first contacted me to confirm flight times, then reached out again a few days before our arrival with directions on how to find our driver. The day of our flight, operators touched base again because I had a typo on our flight number, and they wanted to ensure the driver had the correct information and time to meet us. The directions on where to meet the driver were great. Of course, there were hundreds of other drivers there as well, all with signs for their clients. It took a minute, but then we found our driver (Raul? I can't remember.). He immediately confirmed our tickets on my phone, then took a photo of our group for safety purposes. The transport van was spacious - actually bigger than I expected! The driver kindly loaded our bags and ensured the air conditioning was on and pointed in our direction. After an uneventful drive, we arrived at our rental and the driver unloaded the bags.

They were on time, friendly and even offered us water on the ride over. Our family member’s flight was delayed and we were even able to have them send a separate driver later that evening (extra charge but much cheaper than what we paid originally). They were a genuine pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them!

Gabriel was easy to find a few steps from the terminal door. Despite our flight being late and luggage being slow he was there waiting for us with an easy to read sign with our name. He loaded our bags and we headed into a huge downpour. Despite that we arrived quickly. The van was in good shape Gabriel was friendly and was a great driver.

We found our “Happy” Transportation really quickly! He called our driver Leo and we were delivered for the next available ferry! Leo explained the return trip! We know where and when to meet and look forward to a smooth ride back with our “Happy” driver! Raul was amazing! He was easy to find and there exactly when we exited baggage claim at the airport. He was so polite, offered us water and soda, got us exactly where we needed to go, and did it with a smile. We will definitely use Link Shuttle again!
