The tour was unforgettable! It is a living place, with a lot of history, and it moves those who like this aspect in a trip. The quick tour, and with early access, is very useful for those staying in all-inclusive hotels and who want to return early. We were back at 3 pm sharp. The people at Amigo were very easy to schedule times with, the guide was great (for those who speak Spanish or English only, in our case it was fine), on the way there, and there too they explain many aspects of the history. And we loved the souvenir from Maia's birth certificate.

Great service! Drivers were courteous and we felt really safe. Luis Guillermo was our driver on the way back to the airport and he was very cheerful! Feedback: had to wait at least 15 minutes. Some services offer that the shuttle was already waiting at the airport. Besides that, everything went well!!

Nice ride, great price!

The communication with tour/ride operators was stellar! Operators first contacted me to confirm flight times, then reached out again a few days before our arrival with directions on how to find our driver. The day of our flight, operators touched base again because I had a typo on our flight number, and they wanted to ensure the driver had the correct information and time to meet us. The directions on where to meet the driver were great. Of course, there were hundreds of other drivers there as well, all with signs for their clients. It took a minute, but then we found our driver (Raul? I can't remember.). He immediately confirmed our tickets on my phone, then took a photo of our group for safety purposes. The transport van was spacious - actually bigger than I expected! The driver kindly loaded our bags and ensured the air conditioning was on and pointed in our direction. After an uneventful drive, we arrived at our rental and the driver unloaded the bags.

Excellent service

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our flight got cancelled and we informed them the day of the flight and they promptly changed the booking for the next day.
