We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday by booking this wine tour excursion, and from beginning to end, we had an amazing time! Our guide, Michael, greeted us upon arrival with great conversation and excellent customer service. He made check-in smooth, got us all set, and escorted us to our bus with such a welcoming attitude. He was friendly, professional, and really set the tone for the day. Once we boarded the bus, our driver Cherie was just as warm and pleasant. Everyone was full of smiles, upbeat energy, and made the experience feel so fun from the start. The bus was clean, air-conditioned, had great music playing, and made the ride very enjoyable. Michael was also incredibly informative. On the way to each location, he shared helpful information and made the ride interesting. Even though it was a pretty large group, he still made it a point to go around, talk with everyone, answer questions, and make the experience feel personal. That level of attention really stood out. What I appreciated most was how Michael kept checking in with us throughout the tour at every stop. He always made sure we knew what time we’d be leaving, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely checked in to make sure everyone was doing well. That extra care and attention made the experience feel even more special. The food at the second location was great, the wine was delicious, and the views were beautiful. Overall, it was the perfect way to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. She already can’t wait to come back! I would absolutely recommend this experience to my family and friends, and I’m already planning to book again for my parents. 10/10 experienc but Michael truly made it even better!
