Great Winery Day!

First time in Napa Valley and my daughter and I were on a girls trip to celebrate her graduating Grad School. We booked this winery tour very easily through Viator. We went to three small wineries - that don't distribute wine to stores. Only sell direct to consumer, or some to restaurants. The wineries and vineyards were very small, family owned and our group was the only ones doing tastings while we were there - which gave us the full attention of the owners. We went to Laura Michael, Todeski, and one other (can't remember the name). We also stopped at Chateau Montelana for some pictures - but didn't do a tasting. It was very pretty place for pics. Our tour guide "Armie" was very good, he was very knowledgeable about the area and told us some of the history along the way, and he told us about each winery we visited. He also helped us when our tastings were over with our purchases. He was great!! I would have liked to stop at one more for a tasting, maybe a bigger winery, just for a bit of a different experience, but I would highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I had a lovely experience touring the wineries of Santa Barbara on this tour. Our guide, Johann, was friendly, knowledgable and seemed to love his job, which is a plus. My only small criticism was about the lunch. We pre-ordered our lunches from a local sandwich shop and honestly...it wasn't very good. Mine wasn't and neither was my husband's, which is was unfortunate. At least one of the wineries we visited served food, and it would've been better had we been able to just order a meal at the winery for our lunch. But other than that, the scenery was gorgeous, we tasted many delicious wines--some varietals we'd never heard of--and it was an overall lovely experience.

This is a fun electric trike ride through various parts of Sonoma with an experienced guide who has been in the area for 40 plus years. The trikes are fun and easy to operate. Howard, our guide and the owner of the tour company, was exceptionally friendly, very informative, and great to speak with. With. He gave a lot of inside information that you would not get or know about and he seems to be very well connected with the community, since he's been in the area for 40 plus years. This was definitely a fun and unique experience and highly recommend.

We had a great time touring 3 wineries with GoGrape Tours. My Husband, daughter and I all had either a scooter or walker with us throughout the tour. Our hostess, Mindy, was very vigilant with making sure we got our walkers and scooters off the bus right away. She also made sure we had access to the tasting rooms and tables. She was very entertaining and the group as a whole was terrific. Our lunches were set out for us when we got to the 2nd winery and the people at the wineries were at our tables immediately to start the wine tastings. I would recommend the tour with GoGrape.com. I cannot say enough how much everyone in this company has helped me. I originally thought my sister made a reservation, while calling them to increase my reservation from 2 to 4, I found out she did not. They happily increased my reservation again to 6. They honored my Viator discount, they answered every call and question I had. The receptionist ladies were so incredibly kind. Jeff picked us up right on time & made the whole experience fun and flawless. My sisters are afraid/allergic to dogs, Jeff made sure they were put away at every stop we made, he took our bottles of wine, labeled them with our names & put them away for safekeeping. We were celebrating my birthday and he made sure to make it memorable for me. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

What a great Wine Tour!

What a great tour! Cary was a wonderful driver/guide/host providing just the right amount of commentary and professional guidance as we visited Brick Barn Wine Estate, Babcock Winery & Vineyards, and Vega Vineyards & Farm. These were three very different experiences, but all situated in the beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. BTW, lunch was delicious! This tour was well worth the time and expense. Thank you!
