I used this service for both my way to Canada and my way home via Cairo. It is excellent and I highly recommend it! They meet you before immigration and expedite you through the entire process. I had obtained my VISA ahead of time but it would still be very helpful if you didn't. I was through the entire immigration and customs experience in less than 10 minutes. They then walked me to my vehicle that was waiting for me to take me to my hotel for my layover. My only negative part of the experience was that the driver on one of the trips harassed me to give him a 5 star review before we even left the airport parking lot. I told him that I didn't have data and that I wasn't interested in doing a review. He asked me at least 3 more times on the ride and then sent me further WhatsApp messages begging for me to review him. and then to send him a screenshot of what I sent the company. I did not appreciate this part of the experience at all but thankfully it only happened one way. Unfortunately I have experienced this HUGE amount of pressure with tours booked with Viator in the past. The drivers can borderline be abusive with their requests. I have even once had a driver snatch my phone out of my hand and try to write his own review even though I didn't agree with what he was writing. Viator you need to get a handle on the pressure from your drivers as it is a very negative experience in what would have been normally a great tour.

After a late-night arrival in Egypt, we were so grateful for the smooth and reliable pickup. The driver was waiting for us, making the transfer to our hotel in Cairo West easy and stress-free. I had accidentally entered the wrong hotel when booking, but the team quickly adjusted our reservation without any hassle. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we arrived at the correct hotel safely and comfortably. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and the service was professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for dependable transportation in Cairo!

We had a fantastic experience with Paul and the VIP airport transfer. After landing, we were met by a gentleman holding a sign with our names, who whisked us straight through passport control and delivered us right to Paul, the man coordinating the travel, who drove us to our hotel. Paul was incredibly kind and prompt in scheduling the VIP service - it was an incredible start to our vacation in Egypt and well worth the money. We ended up hiring Paul on the spot to transfer us from one hotel to another in Cairo, and again back to the airport. Both times, he arrived exactly on time (in fact, he was waiting near each hotel ready for us) and responded to our messages with lightning speed. He accepted EGP, USD, and EUR in case you are ever interested in booking a secondary transfer. The VIP pickup and the intermediary transfers made our entire trip incredibly smooth. Paul’s company also offers personalized tours, in addition to nearly every concierge service you might imagine - he offered to take us to different stores to buy specific souvenirs, and even create custom itineraries with guides for our time in Cairo. He is an absolute delight - warm, friendly, and speaks incredible English - and we will absolutely book with him again when we are back in Egypt! Don’t skip this!
