For the money it’s worth it

The commentary is not always in the direction you are traveling. You will need a second person in the car to tap on points of interest well in advance. We started our trip where the “tour” recommended but it appears the commentary was made with no particular direction in mind. If you wait for the virtual tour to comment on points of interest on its own you will be well past the site. For the money it did give us some information of interest.

Could be confusing if you don’t know the area

It was an extremely good idea. We got lost a couple of times because the directions were a tad too late but overall enjoyed the whole thing and it was a very reasonable afternoon out.

Conwy for the Whole Family

We loved our morning with Amanda. She kept the whole family, including two teens (15 and 17) engaged with information about Conwy and the castle. She taught us how to figure out how castles worked defensively, and we were able to take her information and figure out other castles as well. She has a bevy of knowledge about all things Conwy and is fascinating to listen to her. Highly recommend any of her tours!

Excellent tour of Conwy castle and town with Amanda!

Amanda was a wonderful tour guide - personal and extremely informative. She tailored her talk and walkabout to the desires of the four of us in the group. She asked us if we had questions, if we wished to stop and sit for a bit and generally kept the focus on the pulse of our group. We would highly recommend this tour and Amanda as the guide.
