Frank was an amazing guide! I didn't know what to expect with this tour since it was so inexpensive.. it was probably one of the best I've had! Frank was very knowledgable about every area he took us. I would recommend this 1000%! Beautiful scenery as well!

Ann makes the tour fun, humorous and also quite informative!
The tour is broken up with plenty of stops and bathroom breaks. There might be some singing along on the bus if you’re up for it!
My aunt, uncle and I highly recommend this tour!

The seaside stop in the quaint Victorian town was our favorite. Didn’t need the stop in bechnowold and could have added the time to the other stops. The only negative was the air didn’t work on the bus so it was rather stuffy.
Was a small group (which was great!) so we all got to know each other. Wales is such a beautiful country and this was a great way to experience. Snowdonia was so gorgeous! 100% recommend.

Mini bus was comfortable driver Adrian was informative with local knowledge and made the trip with his humour music

Great sights, comfy van, lively and lovely guide, Ann, a great day. Conwy was my favorite stop. Lots to see and do.
Wonderful places, a great variety of experiences (nice towns and settlements, mountains, landscapes, coast, aqueduct etc.)
One disadvantage: our guide (Adrian) has a strong dialect that we hardly understood him.

Adrian has a typical British regional accent, and as our tours are delivered in English, accents can naturally vary between our guides. We appreciate that this may take some getting used to for visitors who are less familiar with British accents.

This was an awesome adventure. We had one of the best knowledgeable tour guide guides. We had plenty of time at each stop. We took special pictures with his help. It was a lot of fun.
We were surprised by how beautiful North Wales is. Our tour guide, Shelly, took us to places we never expected to see, allowing us to experience the true wonders of Wales.
We really appreciated how safely she drove and how comfortably she shared interesting facts about every place we visited. She made the entire trip enjoyable and informative.

Absolutely fantastic day!! We especially loved exploring Conwy castle and the snowdonia park. The entire trip was beautiful. Anne was engaging, kind, and informative. She had just the right mix of history, humor, and time without talking (with good music) to gaze at the scenery. We had such a nice time and were glad to be able to spend a day outside of the big cities.
North Wales was just stunning - a highlight of our 10 days in the UK. Our tour guide was funny and informative!
Great tour. It really gives you a taste of Wales if you don’t have time to explore on your own or access to a vehicle. Perfect day trip from Liverpool. Nice mix of locations (seaside resort area, cute little towns, park) and I did not feel too short on time anywhere. I see some reviews that say they would have liked longer hike time - so if this is what you are after, you should probably go on your own and stay in the area to hike. It is not a hiking adventure, but a sampling of areas.
It was a very nice trip, beautiful villages and wonderful landscapes. In a minibus with 16 persons , the driver-guide Anne was a perfect storyteller even with the right kind of music. She made the trip unforgetable for us.
Nice tour with 5 stops. Some of the stops we only had 30- 40 minutes. Not enough time to do much! I would personally drop a stop and add more time to the other 4 stops! Beautiful countryside though and well worth the trip! Our driver Allen was top notch!!

It was a pleasure from beginning to end. A long day with our tour guide Anthony keeping us amused and informed all along the way. He clearly loves his job and this encompasses the whole day. Thank you Anthony.
Terrible experience! Bus was late and then hit a pole rendering it un drivable within the first part of the tour. We were stuck for hours and didn’t go to the majority of the stops. Company refused any refund. Awful company, immoral.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that your experience was affected by an unforeseen incident.
Unfortunately, the collision with the bollard was completely unexpected. As soon as it happened, our team took the appropriate action to ensure our passengers were looked after. We arranged taxi transport from the stop back to the original departure location so that no one was left stranded while the vehicle was being recovered.
We appreciate that the disruption meant the tour could not continue as planned, and we understand your disappointment. However, we acted promptly and responsibly throughout the situation, with passenger safety and welfare as our priority.
We would also like to clarify that your booking has now been fully refunded. Any delay in processing this was because your reservation was made through Viator, a third-party booking provider that handles all payments and refunds for bookings made through its platform. As the tour operator, we are unable to issue refunds directly for Viator bookings and must wait for them to process the refund on their side.

A lovely trip but not sure the constant need to entertain on the journey is necessary. The driver was lovely but having to endure loud music isn't really necessary.
Great day trip. Very good value for money. Not too long spent travelling on the bus and the tour guide made it fun and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent tour and guide. It was low key and well paced. The stops were gorgeous. We could have done without the forth bridges stop, though. Loos are closed on Sunday.
A dull day excursion visiting multiple spots. You will not be disappointed. Our tour guide Frank was a pleasure.
It’s a fabulous day! Small group in a comfortable smaller bus. Visited a variety of locations (beachside, a castle, medieval town, heritage aquaduct, quaint village and Snowdonia National Park). Entertaining and informative guide, Alan. He was a very good and safe driver as well. 100% recommend this tour. It’s great to get away from a busy city for a day too! Very good value for money.
Day was a total joy, everywhere visited was amazing and Anne was a great guide. Beatles music on way home was a great way to end the day.
