I recently took a sightseeing tour of North Wales, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The region is stunningly beautiful, with a perfect mix of rugged mountains, peaceful coastline, and charming villages.

A lovely trip but not sure the constant need to entertain on the journey is necessary. The driver was lovely but having to endure loud music isn't really necessary.

Excellent tour and guide. It was low key and well paced. The stops were gorgeous. We could have done without the forth bridges stop, though. Loos are closed on Sunday.

It’s a fabulous day! Small group in a comfortable smaller bus. Visited a variety of locations (beachside, a castle, medieval town, heritage aquaduct, quaint village and Snowdonia National Park). Entertaining and informative guide, Alan. He was a very good and safe driver as well. 100% recommend this tour. It’s great to get away from a busy city for a day too! Very good value for money.

Frank is an excellent driver and tour guide all in one. He makes this tour super fun and interesting. I was disappointed to learn that we couldn’t go inside Conwy Castle because there was filming going on, but we made the most of the outside views. I was blown away by the beauty of Snowdonia.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. I think there were only 14 of us which was a nice size including a smaller mini bus. The scenery was fantastic. We had exactly the right amount of time at each stop and a good variety of scenery at each stop. There were plenty of opportunities to use the toilet (but be sure to bring coins for each one) and lots of food and snacks around. Conwy was the lunch stop (on our own). Beware of the birds! One tried to steal my sandwich as I was eating it! Adrian was a good guide with lots of stories and jokes and good advice on where to go. I liked the music that he played between stories. I would have given this five stars except for the bus itself. They added a wooden ledge which dug into my arm. The other side had the seatbelt digging in a little bit. The seat cushions were very comfortable. Even so, we were glad we took this tour.

Fantastic day exploring Wales with our wonderful driver and guide, Anthony. He was very knowledgeable and shared stories along our journey about the history of Wales and each town along the way. Each stop was beautiful and unique and Anthony made sure we had plenty of time to have photos and explore each stop. Conwy Castle and Snowdonia were highlights but loved all the stops. We really fit a lot into the day so we felt we had a great overview of this beautiful country and would definitely go back to Wales. Thank you Anthony for making our day so special.

The tour operator has invalid numbers booked a tour but had no response from
Them they are fake would not recommend doing tours with them since they take your money and keep it with them instead of providing the service

Please be assured that we are a genuine operating tour company and would never intentionally take payment without providing a service. We take comments like these very seriously and will review this internally to understand what may have happened, including the contact information and handling of your enquiry.
Please do contact us directly with your booking details so we can investigate this further and work towards resolving the matter for you.
There are a number of things that raise concern here.
1) Viator Customer Services, the company that you used to book the tour through, have legit numbers for you to contact with a complaint.
2) If such contact is made, Viator contact ourselves for response.
3) Viator Customer services did contact us this week. They stated that the customer wanted to change the date of their tour from Sunday to Monday. The booking was made late Saturday.
The tour ran on Sunday. The driver called your number 2 times and had no response.
The request to change the tour date to the following day could not be met. The request was made on the morning of the tour that you had booked which means any request for change falls within a 24 hour time window of the start of the tour. If we could have moved the booking, it would have been done. BUT since the tour on Monday was already fully booked, we have to treat the non arrival on the Sunday as a No Show which is clearly covered by the Terms and Conditions when booking.
Conclusion.
Customer booked the day before a tour and chose the wrong day. The customer then tried to change tour date an hour before the tour was due to depart and the change could not be accommodated. Terms and Conditions are fully transparant. This is an unfair review!

We absolutely loved our day trip to Northern Wales. Each stop was unique and breathtaking. We especially loved Conwy Castle and the surrounding town.

We saw a lot of North Wales and a few beautiful small towns. There is a lot of time spent on the bus but it was comfortable and really the only way to see as much of the countryside that we saw. Mostly a tour of scenery not activities.

I recently visited North Wales for an adventure trip, and it was an amazing experience. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountains, lakes, and coastal views everywhere you go.

Frank was an excellent tour guide. He gave us great food and site recommendations at every stop on the itinerary. He made the travel time on the bus a breeze with a curated playlist to match the scenery and fun black sheep games. As far as the stopping points go on the itinerary, they were all beautiful and gave us a nice quick glimpse of northern wales. I would highly highly recommend this as a day trip if you can fit it in your trip.
