Amazing medieval castle and town

Louise was great. we were running late coming from Liverpool and she waited for us and then tried to help us to get back. She went above and beyond expectations, and the tour was amazing. we ended up having lunch at a place she recommended in Conwy. Great food and great view of the castle.
