Jerry was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and took us to some really out-of-the-way places. Lots of short walking time in and out of town. Highly recommend it as an introduction to Wales! And lots of fun.

Very much enjoyed it. Saw various sites of interest with no driving or hassle. Got up to speed on the bus then hopped off to see the sites. The guide Shelly was interesting and fun. Was impressed with the variety she used to keep it interesting.

Worth every penny. I travelled to Chester by train and stayed across the lot from the station at The Queen hotel and that was the pickup point for the tour. Amazingly convenient. Our guide Shelley was top notch, the day was well-paced and the stops were grand. Highly recommend. Hope you get this guide!

It was one of the best one day trips I've ever experienced. Apart from the picturesque sceneries of Wales, this became one of the most pleasant experiences because of our tour guide. He was well versed in everything relevant and was very fun to hang out with. Throughout the journey his commentary of the sights made it more interesting. Well worthwhile for the money you pay. Highly recommended.

We joined the tour at the railway station in Chester and were across the border to Wales in no time. The gives a great taste of the stunning beauty of the landscape and architecture of Wales. The pace of the tour is good, with enough time at each location to appreciate what you are seeing. Snowdonia National park is breathtaking and the walk along the beautiful canal aqueduct, with its views over the valley was a perfect way to end the tour. Lee’s commentary is an absolute highlight.

The day was great! Despite spotty rain and low visibility at times, the beauty of North Wales was amazing. There were plenty of stops that were timed well. Our guide and driver Frank was very informative, funny and made the tour fun and engaging. I would do this again the next time I'm in the UK.

This was my first visit to Wales, land of my long-ago ancestors. What simply breath-taking views of both hillsides and shorelines! The local folks are exceptionally friendly. We felt at home in northern Wales and hope to be able to visit again one day soon.

The guide was excellent and entertaining. He was very well informed and shared a lot with us. We were shown awesome places and our guide was a secure and very responsible driver. Thank you for the great day!
What could be improved? There was talking over a too large part of the time. It would be good to give the audience a rest every now and then to let the information sink in, to just look out of the window and admire the scenery and even to exchange some opinions with the other participants. I understand that much can be said, but at some point you can't take in more.
The second thing is that the Snowdonia stop should be prolonged at the cost of the next stop, where there was practically nothing interesting, just food and the old church. Snowdonia, as the opposite, was outstanding, just terrific and deserves more time.

The actual tour itself was quite good, but a lot of the information given out by the tour guide Jerry was completely and at times wildly inaccurate, in fact, he got nearly all of the history wrong, especially the English - Welsh history, and I’d be happy to go through it all with him sometime if he would like me to :)
Also, the drop-off in the evening was a bit awkward as well, as the host Jerry didn’t say thank you and goodbye to the guests who were disembarking from the bus
Also, and I know it’s not exactly the tour companies fault, but I found that the other passengers on the bus were not really very friendly either, despite us all spending a whole day together on the tour
Just my personal observations, anyway
I appreciate that different people may have different views
And as I say, the actual tour itself was quite good

Our tour guide, Jerry, was delightful, and very knowledgeable about Wales. The Victorian town of Llandudno was enchanting, and Conwy Castle was magnificent. Then we were off to the countryside, and it was breathtaking. It was an absolutely lovely day,

The most memorable part of this experience was the ride in the bus. Be aware that if you book out of Chester, the bus arrives full from Manchester and you are given the last seats in the back. You may be separated from your travel partner and worse, given a seat in the last 4 person bench seat. This is not made for 4 adults. 4 middle school children, maybe. It makes for a very uncomfortable experience. It will override the stops and scenic details of the day.

What a fabulous day hosted by Frank our driver with style - , he was educational , entertaining and a few ‘ dad ‘ jokes thrown in for good measure !
I’m amazed what we saw - and very glad I did the tour rather than drive myself with some off the beaten track roads handled with great care and expertise by Frank . A great mix of stunning countryside scenery with coastal beauty and some interesting towns . An exhilarating day topped off with walking the longest and highest aqueduct . Highly recommended - don’t miss this !

It was our greatest pleasure to meet such a wonderful, passionate and proud about her work, knowledgeable about every single street and stone in North Wales, very patient, gentle and an impeccable professional as Shelly of BusyBus. She was very punctual yet not in a hurry, letting us and other travelers to learn and move at our own pace while offering everything that was needed from a warm smile to a needed rest stop. The company uses a very comfortable, spacious and pristine clean mini bus driven so very smoothly and graciously and when needed parked in all important places with absolute proximity to all important key places. Shelly was very helpful in guiding us how to know the visited places better and get around as proficiently as possible during one and every stop. She took extra time and delivered us all very safely to Chester after the tour was over. I wish we could give BusyBus and Shelly in particular highest ratings possible and have more tour and friendly chats together.
