Ahmad was at our hotel early and got us to the cruise terminal with out a hitch. My wife is subject to car sickness and his driving skill was appreciated as it was smooth with no sudden stops.

So much easier to book with VIATOR. Especially with our large group. We set a time and they were waiting with two vehicles. Clean taxis and friendly drivers. So easy to communicate with.

What a wonderful experience. It was chaos when exiting our hotel as several cars and buses were there picking up large crowds but our driver was exactly where he said he would be. He was safe, friendly and professional.

We booked the pick up service to meet us at the hotel and they never showed up. Never answer phone calls emails or text messages. A hotel member called and was told that they forgot to pick us up.

He even checked with the hotel reception, but no reservation was found under your name. Later, we received a call explaining that you were actually staying at Renaissance Barcelona Hotel, which is located at a completely different address from the one provided in your booking.
Even though the error was not on our side, we quickly arranged another driver, who arrived promptly and ensured you were dropped off at the cruise port without further delay. We always strive to provide reliable and professional service, and we appreciate your understanding of this situation.

I was under the impression that the car would be something other than a regular taxi cab - which we could have taken from the hotel. To make matters worse, I paid around $65 for this service and the meter only read $19.70! The driver was friendly and personable but I would not book this again in hindsight.

No planning on pick up...marathon today so driver claimed we walk 3 city blocks with luggage as hotel blocked.
.other limo drivers found the way to hotel not ours of course.

We booked this in advance thinking we would get an upgrade from a typical taxi. The 6 of us rode in a van taxi with all our luggage. The meter displayed roughly 17 Euros. I'm not sure if this would be 17x6 passengers, but the prior day we took a taxi and the meter was 10 euros for 2 people. We paid over $100 USD for the ride for the 6 of us. Next time, we will just take a taxi since that's all you're getting and would be a much lower price IMO

Came over 15 minutes late. Can't do it on a transfer. Then he got lost. It's bad. We had indicated the destination BUT he did not know where to go and we then had to give the driver instructions. Can't do it at all. Avoid this transfer at all costs.
