Very easy and very good experience

I booked to go to Barcelona very last minute so getting entrance tickets was not possible. I booked this tour originally to simply get in! Meeting point was very simple and clearly explained (I was glad of as previously booked a trip in Rome and missed it as couldn't find meeting point!). Xavier (sorry don't know Catalan spelling) was charming, he explained everything really clearly and it was very interesting. It's a beautiful place.

An excellent tour but the meeting point could have been made simpler

Our tour guide Louis? (not sure about his first name now, but he is Asian/Korean) was very knowledgeable, and he gave an in-depth information on the history and symbolism inside and outside of the Familia Sagrada. It was a very educational and informative tour. My only suggestion is that the meeting point was not very conducive for seniors. The tour guide should have met us at the Placa de Gaudi where there are benches and it is easy to find from the taxi ride. Having to decipher the exact location (i.e. where there is a pond) was confusing, and we had to decipher the exact location of the meeting point. It would have been easier if the tour guide just met us at the Placa de Gaudi, and then he could guide us to the park where the pond it and into the entrance...

Wonderful day trip to 3 places in a single day

Jordi and Carlos were wonderful guides and made our day exploring Montserrat, Girona and Tossa de Mar truly enjoyable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, sharing interesting stories and insights that brought each place to life. It was a fantastic experience to discover three very different sides of Catalonia in a single day, from the spectacular mountain scenery and monastery of Montserrat, to the historic streets of Girona and the beautiful Mediterranean setting of Tossa de Mar. The itinerary was well organised and gave us a great introduction to each destination without the day feeling rushed. A memorable and rewarding day, and a big thank you to Jordi and Carlos for making the journey so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Must do in Malta!

Salah was amazing. Informative and flexible. He advised us on the order of our trip to allow us to see everything. He helped us to see the sites most efficiently and was available and willing to meet our needs throughout the day. He was quick to point out public restrooms, and point out which ones were the cleanest. We needed to find an ATM and he was happy to assist. I can’t imagine seeing Malta any other way!

We did the one hour tour...

We did the one hour tour as we only had 36 hours in Barcelona and wanted to get a quick overview so we knew where to explore. It was a nice and relaxed way to orient ourselves to the city. If you have the time, I think the longer tour might be better to get more information and time for more than one stop. Our guide, Cassian, was great-friendly and informative.

Exceptional!!

This tour was exceptional!! Our tour guide Diego is a wealth of knowledge. Our small group felt like a private tour. We moved at our own pace and were able to truly enjoy each point of interest. UNESCO Roman sites and views were absolutely amazing. We were even able to pause to sample cava and vermut from the local region, as well as the infamous nougat from Torrons Vicens. Truly an immersive cultural experience at every turn of this tour.

Vitaly is awesome and...

Vitaly is awesome and knowledgeable (one of the questions was about the kind of stone used, and Vitaly pointed at different stones and explained where they came from!). Everything he talked about was interesting and relevant with a few personal photos and stories of him observing the construction progress. Vitaly gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and extra time at the end to chat more. Although the tour cost was on the expensive side, the tour guide, the small group size, and the whole experience were worth it and became the most memorable part of our vacation. Visiting at 6pm turned out to be a good choice: low sun created beautiful lighting inside. We experienced none of the issues I was worried about after reading other reviews for various Sagrada Familia tours. Of course, one has to arrive on time. Our tour started promptly at the scheduled time. The communication from Crown Tours was great, instructions about the meeting place were clear, and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Apparently, one person from Crown Tours gathers groups and then hands them off to the tour guides. The listening devices were all working well, the sound was clear, no one seemed to have any problems hearing and understanding Vitaly as long as they were within 10-12 meters range. Going through the security was efficient, it took, perhaps, 5-7 minutes to get our group of 15 through. There were many people inside, but not to the point where Vitaly couldn't easily (at least he made it seem easy) find a spot for our group to stop, look around, and listen to him. We could stay inside once the tour was over and explore more, including the lower level exhibits, where the tour does not go. No issues, great guide, great tour!

Tour meeting location.

The tour was very informative. The tour guide was not in the designated location. We eventually located our tour guide but it was concerning. Use messaging in the Viator app if you need help, the call center is not helpful at all. There is no flexibility in the time you select, so be thoughtful and give yourself enough time to arrival and departure time.

We were met on time exactly where we were advised There were no tickets to buy, however Viator still had tickets. Our guide Miguel was amazing Made us laugh throughout. Spoke so many languages and then used all the windows in the cathedral to show us how everyone and every religion can come together He was so knowledgeable about every area in the cathedral 🤩
