Fantastic Tour!

Omid, our guide and Luz, our driver were fantastic. Despite the unforseen Catalonia Day activities and demonstrations Omid met us as planned, a 3 minute walk from hotel. The sights and information were excellent-- walking tour of the Old Town, Sagrada Familia, and PA e c Guell. Omid provided fascinating insight and information. Luz navigated us all safely through crowded streets and the numerous celebrations. Highly recommend this tour!

It's better than you can imagine!

Our guide was Natalie. She had a significant hurdle on our tour: the heavens opened up and it was raining cats and dogs! But Natalie patiently got us all together and made the experience fabulous, with terrific and loving explanations. Her appreciation of La Sagrada Familia is evident. The church itself is truly an architectural delight. The sheer size of it as you approach around the corner took our breath away. The stunning stained glass windows inside the church (one side warm colors, one side cool tones) are genius. Taking this tour at the Golden Hour worked with the light streaming in through the windows, even on this rainy day. You'll be sorry if you don't see Las Sagrada Familia with some of your free time in Barcelona, and hearing Natalie's detailed explanations gave us an appreciation that we would not have had without it. I'd very highly recommend this tour, this site, and Natalie.

Ask for Arneta as your guide

We had a 5:30 PM tour and that was a lovely time to see so many reflections inside Sagrada Família. It is an incredible structure, but where we lucked out was being in a tour with Arneta as our guide. Her passion and knowledge was wonderful. Funny, clever, engaging and informative. Also not having to wait in line to enter was worth it. My husband said this was his favorite tour we have ever been on.

Francesco is an excellent guide

Superb tour with skip the line tickets. Francesco has really got to know Gaudi and all that motivated him when designing and overseeing the early construction of La Sagrada Familia. We appreciated the faith journey. We were given proper over the ear headsets, which, as hearing aid wearers, made it really easy to hear the guide. At the end of the tour we went to view down to he crypt where Gaudi's tomb is. The meeting point for the tour was perfect for us, because it was next to the taxi rank. We had travelled from our cruise ship dock by taxi and returned the same way.

Breezy way to explore Barcelona

We really enjoyed our tuk tuk zip about Barcelona City, a really fun and much breezier way to explore the city. This was the end of our stay so it was nice to have a break from walking. Our friendly tour guide was from the UK and it was like having a friend showing us around. He was clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about Barcelona, we loved it and would highly recommend this as an experience.

We learned so much about the region and the culture on this tour. Eduardo, our guide, was friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. He pointed out many things in the landscape along the way, and told us about the history of all the places we visited. Be prepared with comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a hat. There are a lot of stairs and uphill walks in Tarragona. The restaurants in Sitges are wonderful! Beautiful beaches, great views. Definitely a worthwhile trip.
