Remarkable experience!

We had an amazing tour to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Emerald Lake Layse (driver and tour guide) was incredibly friendly, professional, and positive throughout the entire day. There was a situation where one passenger arrived late but Layse handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, patience, and grace. She never lost her smile and continued to keep the good vibes going for the whole group. As a bonus, Layse speaks Spanish, which was very helpful since I was traveling with family visiting from Mexico. She made them feel welcome and included throughout the experience. The scenery was breathtaking. It was a wonderful experience filled with fun and laughter. Highly recommended!

Good tour

Good experience. The guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky with an early sighting of a bear. Lots of long-horn sheep. And towards the end some elf from a distance and deer. The stopping spots and views were good regardless of whether we saw animals in all locations or not. I'd recommend taking the tour.

Had such a great day with Lisa! We went to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Emerald Lake and honestly every spot was gorgeous. Lisa was so good — she told us all these stories and background about the places that made it way more interesting than just looking at pretty lakes. She also took photos for every single person in the group, which was so nice to me as a solo traveler. A group of people always showed up late and kept talking over her while she was explaining stuff. But she just stayed cool and friendly about it and didn't let it ruin anything for the rest of us. If you get Lisa as your guide, you are lucky!

Highly recommend. A great price. A great tour, so many places, goes by quickly.

We had a great tour guide/driver, Mark. Very accommodating, great person. We had a small van, full, held 14 people which makes for a very personable tour - you get to know other people, or at least familiar faces and good guide interactions then as well. It becomes more personable and also accommodating. We saw alot of places. The thing with a tour is, everything is fast paced. Even if you stop at a spot for 50 minutes, you have to account for washroom breaks/line ups and times to get to attractions like walking to lodges or lake views and then getting back to the vehicle ON TIME, respecting the tour itinerary and everyone else on the tour, so the day goes by so quickly. It's like a whirlwind. Our tour said 8-11 hours long and it went from 7:30am until 6pm. So quickly though. Many times not enough time to see everything or take everything in because of much needed washroom breaks but still, a great tour. Recommend for sure. Please don't forget to tip your driver/guide as so many do not and they deserve it for all that they do, maneuvering through tricky, full, parking lots, and lots of safe driving etc. Especially for the long days.

We were staying down in Banff and wanted to make sure we saw Lake Louise and Moraine Lake while we were visiting. I could not get a seat on the Parks Canada shuttle so this is the next best thing! I traveled to Banff with my colleague on this tour, and it was a great experience. The pickup was on time, and we actually spent more time in Banff than what was stated in the description, which was a nice surprise. Our guide, Aashish, was also the driver. He drove steadily and safely, and he was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. For people who love taking pictures, this tour is a great choice because Aashish takes really good photos. He knows how to make girls look slimmer and taller in pictures, which I really appreciated:) He is also easy to communicate with for photos. From chatting with his colleague in Banff, I also learned that he has been working to improve his photography skills. He is clearly a very hardworking person. I definitely had a wonderful trip and would love to go back again!

Awesome scenery and awesome crew

Bella, our tour guide plus Liv and the other captain provided a splendid experience. The lake is beautiful, and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Bella gave us a lot of information about the lake, surrounding country, the original human inhabitants, and more recent history. A wonderful tour covering Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and parts of Banff National Park. Our brilliant tour guide, Jake, made this more of an adventure. Part historian, part outdoorsman, great comic relief and self proclaimed best looking tour guide in the Canadian Rockies, Jake really made this a day to remember. He shared so much history about the area and this great wilderness we all enjoyed. We were lucky enough to see a mother Grizzly Bear and her cubs eating berries on the side of the road to Moraine Lake. This 4 .5 hour tour is a perfect length.
