What To Expect
Enjoy convenient pickup at your hotel in Nassau or the cruise port. Head for the water sports center, where you'll meet the instructors and get an orientation to the day's combination of water activities.
Hop on a jet ski for the first 15 minutes, splashing through the water with a partner or on your own. Then, transfer to a parasailing boat to sail high over the coastline for 5 to 7 minutes. Get views of Paradise Island and Cabbage Beach.
The adventure continues with a 3.5-mile (5.6-km) ride on a banana boat towed behind a power boat. With a flotation device and life jacket, bump and bounce across the waters for about 15 minutes.
Finally, spend an hour snorkeling at a local reef. No experience is necessary, all equipment is provided.

Due to a cold front they had to cancel the banana boat and parasites. We only got to do the jetski. It was due to windy conditions and in no way the fault of the organizer. He did his best to make it fun. We had a good time. If the weather had cooperated it would have been amazing. Lady who takes care of the restroom washed the sand out of our shoes for us and the restroom was immaculate

We had such a great time with the parasailing, banana boat and jet skis! My 8-year old son enjoyed all 3 (although we all barely survived the banana boat wild ride!). During our wait time we went snorkeling at the beach and saw a ton of angel fish(?)— at least that’s what they looked like. The staff was super friendly — highly recommend!!

They never came and picked me up. This site is very misleading. They said they would pick me up
From celebration key, when I get there and I call they said they are in Nassau and that they couldn’t get me. The proceeds to say they can’t issue a refund. Mind you it was my birthday. The worst time of my life. I would never use them again! I will make sure to let everyone know this experience is a scam!

We arrived at the venue and the activities were cancelled due to high winds, which we completely understood. We requested a full refund and still have not gotten one or a confirmation that we will be receiving a refund. This was 4 days ago at this point. I have reached out to Viator three different times about this.

I don’t feel the experience was worth the money and amount of time. We finished all activities within an hour. Either they need to offer more time on other activities or shorten the time and decrease the price. They said we could chill until the end of our time, but I didn’t pay this amount to sit on the beach. If they were more reasonably price, $150-$180, I would highly recommend! Jet skis were nice, easy to handle and in good condition but you only for 30 mins. Parasailing is 7 mins per person and the banana boat was less than 10 mins.

This was such a wonderful experience. We were given the option to go for extra time on the net skis or today the banana boat then you also went parasailing. Everyone was very kind and they picked us up from port and brought us right back.
The excursions were safe, everyone was very welcoming! A must do!

Overall great experience. The activities were organized very well, the crew running the show was on point and made it seamless. From the pick up at the port to the return it was a very easy process. Cabbage beach, where the activities were located was gorgeous. The parasailing was a lot of fun and the jet skis were almost new. Great equipment. They allowed us to skip the banana boat and spend extra time on the jet skis. The only minus point I gave was due to the pricing. $240 per person is a bit steep. $150-$180 seems more reasonable. Other than that, highly recommend.

I booked for the jet ski, parasail and banana boat! I was allowed extra time on the jet ski because the banana boat was not available. The guides were extremely fun and made sure I had a great time. It was also my first time doing both activities in the excursion .

We were picked up right outside the port right in time. When we arrived to the beach the staff was ready for us and we did parasailing first so much fun. They brought us back to the beach and we did the banana boat right after. We weren’t sure what to expect but again that was so much fun we all had a great time. Afterwards we had to wait about 20 min for the jet skis which was fine because the beach was gorgeous so we went for a swim and took some pictures. Then we rode the jet skis. Afterwards our driver was ready for us and took us to get some drinks to cool off, we took some more photos and we were back to the ship in about 10minutes time. It was a great experience I would definitely recommend. I traveled with my sister and 2 teenagers and we all had a blast.

I paid $480 for my son and I to go jet skiing, banana boat and parasailing.
We got picked up from our hotel fine, we got dropped off at a beach where fish were being cut up and any bits were brushed back into the water, I didn’t mind this but not right next to where we were getting on jet skis. The lady that greeted us then said no banana boat was available today, but we could have extra time on the jet ski, which at the time I thought was ok but my son and I had our own jet ski and as my son was 14 he was told a employee had to sit on the back, the employee continuously told my son to slow down, I’m not the bravest on a jet ski but I was going faster than my son, I had told them my son had driven jet skis many times before. We only stayed on jet skis for about 10 minutes as the little beach we were taken to was very restricted for space so could only go up and down a short distance. We then got on a boat to go parasailing which was good and no complaints with this bit.
I got asked for a tip 3 times and my son got asked for a tip by the man that sat behind him on the jet ski, I didn’t think this was necessary. I didn’t feel we had our money worth at all as the parasailing was the only part that was any good.
If you book check which beach you go to, we went to Montagu Beach which for jet skiing wasn’t good.

Regarding the repeated requests for tips, we sincerely apologize. Tipping is never mandatory, and our staff members are strictly prohibited from asking for tips. We will investigate this issue further, and the employees responsible will be reprimanded to prevent future occurrences.

Van broke down….. no banana boat ….. ladder broke off the boat and our friend fell into the water….. 2 out of six of us didn’t parasail. Supposed to have 6 jet skies, only had 4 and only 3 of those would run. Horrible excursion with lots of funny memories.

Confirmation reminder emails/call should happen at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled event to include name of proprietor (My Own...) and exact location pick up (Back of Harley Davidson...). They were on time. Everything ran smooth. Everyone from the drivers to the coordinators, jet ski instructor, parasailing guys, boat drivers were really great. I would recommend highly. I’m going to admit I was nervous. We are in another country and I had no idea what this would be like. They even watched our things with our passports and money while we were having fun. We booked a package for parasailing, jet, ski and banana boat. The morning of our excursion, the tour guy called and said there was no parasailing due to the weather or banana boat so we can receive a refund by contacting the company. I received the same email from the company stating this and filed a dispute, providing evidence the evidence. Viator fought to prevent us from receiving a refund. Never pre-book any excursions online find the local guys at the beach or on the street to prevent being scammed!

I really appreciate that this vendor was at the beach where our resort was at. Nothing on them but beware Viator will not give you accurate information as to where to meet them. Contact the company directly before the day of the event and they will straighten you out. Also they are very accommodating with activities and times, which my daughter and I really appreciated! The parasailing sites were spectacular! The jet skis were so much fun. My daughter wanted a faster version than me and they gave it to her. A must to enjoy an exciting day at the beach.

The jet skis and parasailing were great. Only book this one if it’s a better deal, because there was no banana boat in site. Instead of saying something before hand, the lady waited until we got there to tell us there was no banana boat.

Incredibly rude and crude employee “greeted” us at the cruise port pickup location (Harley Davidson store) who was pissed that we walked by her not knowing she worked for the excursion company.
Pickup was late and there is no office. Just some lady sitting on the beach with a clipboard. The jet-skis were all in bad shape, but functional. Even though we paid for the ultimate package, there was no banana tube and they would instead give extra time on jet-skis. Parasailing was fantastic, but used a subcontractor for that.
