Elken was absolutely amazing during our trip! He was always there whenever we needed him – super reliable and always on time. Not only did he handle all of our rides, but he went above and beyond in every way. If we needed food, he went out and brought it to us. If we needed anything at all, he made it happen. He truly made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. It honestly felt like he took care of us like family.
If you’re in the Bahamas and need a taxi, I can’t recommend Elken enough – he’s awesome!

I had booked my reservation about a week out before my trip, and they were super accommodating when I had messed up and put the wrong times for my pick up. Jamal was my driver and he was very patient and gave me some great spots to enjoy while I was there. He made me feel very comfortable as I was on a solo trip and again went above and beyond with waiting on me.

Extremely disappointing experience. The taxi never showed up, and there was no response to my phone calls or texts. I was left scrambling and had to arrange a different ride through the hotel at the last minute. I was staying at Atlantis, and it ended up being much cheaper and far more reliable to just take a taxi directly from the hotel. Completely unreliable service—I would not recommend.

Jamal is the absolute best, he took care of our airport transfers and drove us all over the island whenever we needed him even got us when we needed him in an emergency, he is the best!

Do not book transportation with this company. They left me stranded at the hotel on my way out, even though I booked a round-trip to the airport and confirmed a pickup the night before. I had to get a cab at the last minute.
Very unprofessional and almost made me miss my flight.

Ms Tania don’t do that, I assigned a driver to you I’m not aware that he took a job and made it so we didn’t have a car at that time , I spoke to you I told you get a taxi from the hotel and I gave you a refund, your flight was 12:03 I sent this message to you 9:08 which is almost 3 hours so how you almost missed your flight and how are we unprofessional ma’am ???

Elkin was amazing. After a long day of traveling and a delayed flight, his happy and energetic personality was a great way to get into vacation mode. Communication was wonderful and I appreciated how he was able to accommodate us after our flight delayed our pickup by 1.5 hrs. It was a great booking experience! After booking I received a detailed description of what to expect when we arrive. Upon arriving and texting Elkin, he showed up 2 mins later. Elkin was just as excited for our anniversary/hubby birthday trip as we were. We loved his energy, he helped us come alive after our flight. On our way to our hotel we were advised on the best places to stay, eat (Andos at the fish fry is a must) best shopping spots, history as we passed landmarks. He also offers tours, we already had a tour booked but I'm sure it would have been great as well. When we were ready to depart we had a different driver Jamal. My husband I were thankful to have met him, great person, great conversation & again great energy, also showed up on time. I would definitely book with Elkin and his team again when we come back. Thank you Elkin and Jamal for a great experience.

Elkin was fantastic. Our journey was delayed due to a long ling at customs, and he was so patient and understanding. He waited until we got out and was also able to add the grocery stop to our journey. Throughout the trip to Atlantis, he made sure to point out some other spots we might want to visit including restaurants and other local destinations. We liked him so much we booked him to two other times during our trip and for our return to the airport. He was easy going, helpful, and when we come back, he'll be the first person we reach out to for all our transportation needs in Nassau.

Excellent Service! Our connecting flight was massively delayed that completely ruined us getting in to Nassau on the evening we booked the car service.
I called the # that came in the email & let them know we would be flying in the next morning and there was absolutely NO problems rescheduling, phew!!!
Elkin was prompt, we waited about 3 min he texted me the make and model of the car picking us up. Super friendly too!
Quick note: I took screenshots of all info in emails including first confirmation email and contact phone #. I was potentially worried I wouldn’t be able to access it w/my cell phone service immediately upon going thru customs/picking up our luggage.
I also got what I thought was a fake link sent to me thru text from what I think was from an “imposter posing as Viator” the text told me open a link (red flag) to add info. (I did not ) everything Elkin Car Sevice had previously come from an email until I called the number in the email informing them we were delayed. I always follow my gut when things look suspicious!

The best transportation service on the island. We felt safe and Elkins made sure we had a great time. After our flight was delayed several times he made sure to still pick us up and that helped elevate a lot of stress.

This is a great Transfer service. All of our drivers are awesome…very nice, knowledgeable and cared about our experiences in the Bahamas! We met Elkin, the owner, and he was just fabulous. So was Mr. Wells. We will be using them again.

It is such an easy experience. You are told exactly where to go and who to message. I contacted the driver who happened to be taking a little longer. So he sent someone else who was there within 5 mins! On the way back, we were picked up by Elkin. He’s great! We had a great experience and would recommend him.

Great great experience with Krissy. Not only did I go out on a lim & pick this service at the last minute before my vacation and they were able to transport but me. Krissy is very knowledge and can give you pointers about the bahamas if it's your first time here.
