Our bus is a white 30-seater with “Island Beach Shuttle” signage on the front and sides. Hotel Guests: Please meet at the main entrance 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Cruise Port Guests: Meet at the main cruise port exit near the Tourism Police Building 15-20 minutes before departure. Airport Guests: Meet at the arrivals pick up area 15–20 minutes before your pickup time.

We did a private transport between Nassau airport and the Royal at Atlantis, roundtrip. They were on time and easy to communicate with. The transport was very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant and a large amount of luggage. It was very fairly priced and the shuttle was clean with great AC and a great driver. Highly recommend.

Thayo was professional, friendly, punctual, and safe. Seamless pickup and drop-off from the Cruise Port to our destination. We were very comfortable in the clean shuttle bus with 3 adults and 2 children. Will absolutely book with him again!

Our driver was more than just punctual, he actually waited almost an hour because the rest of our party was delayed at the airport. The driver even called after we arrived at our hotel to see how we were doing! Patient and caring!!!

We had to wait a long time for the shuttle – more than an hour after we arrived at the airport. The driver was there, but he mixed up who he was picking up when and we had to wait for other passengers.

For Clarity:
Yes, I was at the airport and even though it wasn't an hour, there was a wait.
I got notifications from this party as well as the other party (An elderly couple) that they both were on the immigration line.
This party got out first and we waited for the elderly couple who took a while.
Occassionally parties get in earlier and later than they anticipate.
When this happens and we have two parties at the airport at the same time, we combine the parties for one trip if the partiies are small groups. Which they were.
This party was 6 persons and the elderly couple were 2 persons. (We use a 30 seater bus.)
The elderly couple did take a while. We apologize for the wait.

The driver Thayo stole my money. And refuse to issue a refund. I arrived via cruise ship and informed the driver of my restored pickup location. He agreed and never showed up. I reached out to him while at the port waiting. And he lied and said he was 15 mins away. I was informed by a police officer that he’s being untruthful. And that based on where he said he was, he would be 45 mins away or more. Not only that. But he overbooked. While I was trying to contact him about my pickup. Another passenger was doing the same. He basically left 2 separate groups of people stranded. And then lied and said he didn’t know we were arriving via cruise ship.
I reached out to him 2 days prior to pick up. Requesting a point of reference for pick up. I told him what time our cruise would be arriving and he agreed to meet at the dock. Upon arrival he was a no show. And lied that we’re not at the agreed port. He outright refused to refund our payment. Despite the fact that he did not provide the intended service or try to make any amends.
If you value good service and clear communication. Avoid this company. Even the police officers at the port told us they’re no good.

For clarity:
The guest selected the incorrect pickup location during booking.
(The Guest selected a pickup at Port New Providence. Which is a private community here in Nassau. Although the word Port is in the name of Port New Providence, it is not the same location as the Cruise Port).
We went to and waited at the location selected. When the guest called from the Cruise Port, we offered to leave immediately and pick them up there.
The guest chose not to wait and cancelled the ride.
Because we arrived and waited at the selected pickup location and also offered to pick them up from their actual location, which they refused, we were unable to issue a refund.
We remain committed to providing reliable and professional service to all our guests.
This review is evidently not consistent with the feedback we normally receive about our service.

Theyo was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable about the Island, and very warm/personable. Transportation was clean, air conditioned and Theyo was a great driver. Our flight was delayed and the new arrival time was accommodated with clear communication. Liked the experience so much, we booked him for our return trip back to the airport at the end of our stay!

Fully recommend this company. Thayo the driver and owner is a very reliable person. He called me and within 5 minutes I reached his car. He drives very carefully. He gave some hints about the activities in the city. He also runs tours in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Thayo, the tour operator was excellent! He kept in CK tact with me in regards to our arrival time and when he would be picking us up at the airport and transporting us to our hotel. We would definitely choose him again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Price and overall an excellent experience. On our flight there we were significantly delayed taking off out of Newark, NJ but when we landed it was a relief to know we had transportation and did not have to wait. On the way back due to snow at home I asked to be picked up earlier which was no problem and he was even early to get us with our revised earlier time. Excellent experience.

Our experience with this shuttle service was outstanding. Thayo the owner/driver was friendly and very accommodating. He was on time for our pick up at the airport, and even made a stop at a grocery store before heading to our AB&B. We also used the shuttle service to take us to a restaurant for dinner and drinks and then called him 2 hours later for pick up. We highly recommend Thayo and his shuttle service, you will be glad you did.

This was the absolute best. It was truly a private experience, bus all to myself and my luggage. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up the rest of my solo trip and also handled my return back to the airport. Couldn't recommend more.
