Am hoping you get this review of my Booking Ref 1356733365, Wed, 4 March 2026, Puffing Billy and Rainforest. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and while I do not recall our guide's name, he was excellent. He led us through the rainforest, answered numerous questions and provided a great deal of information. Then he took us to the train station and made sure we all had tickets, explained time and place for pick up. He came with the group and took photos as we sat on the train windows; he also drove to a place where the train passed and took photos for the group, which was above and beyond! We started with a visit...

We started with a visit to Featherdale and getting up close to Australian wildlife. We had plenty of time to explore the small town of Leura, which was our lunch stop on the way to the mountains (get a treat at Josophan's) . From there we had plenty of time to explore and ride the funicular up (recommend doing that on the way up). Ended the tour with the water taxi option so we could sail into Sydney Harbor at sunset. Great experience and highly recommend!

Must do. If you don’t have a car and want to venture out this was a small group tour. We went to the 12 apostles must see it was so beautiful. Left early but well worth it. We avoided the crowds. We stopped along the way to eat and stretched. She stopped where we walked around and she helped us spot out the koalas also saw kangaroos. We’ll coordinate want to thank our driver she did a wonderful job.

Absolutely the BEST tour boat to see the reef!

First - the Great Barrier Reef is a must! Simply beautiful. We snorkeled and saw sooooooo much! No worries if you’re not a strong swimmer, they have stinger suits, life jackets, noodles - they’ll even swim along with you. And this tour is the way to do it! Incredibly professional and well organized. The crew was friendly, professional and just amazing. The lunch was equally great - steak, prawns and barramundi, with salads. It was a bit rough on the way out and quite a few people were ill. They sell seasick meds for $3 - if they suggest it, take their advice! Cannot say night about how well-run this boat, crew and operation are!!! If you’re going to see the reef, take this tour.

Life tile moment.

Fabulous experience. The views are spectacular of Sydney Harbour. We’ve walked the San Francisco Bay bridge numerous times which is pretty fantastic but Sydney Harbour with the Sydney Opera House and all of the bays is better. Wish we could have taken pictures from the top but unfortunately no cameras allowed. I attached my Apple Watch to my bra strap and wore it inside my bra so that I got credit for my steps and flights climbed. As long as you’re not bothered by heights it’s a must do activity!!

Grant was an excellent tour guide, with a great sense of humour and a lot of information about the Blue Mountains. It was a full day, but we did so many things and nothing felt rushed. We enjoyed the train, the cable car and the boat ride. Lunch was delicious and we saw so many native animals at the Wildlife Reserve. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Ocean Road - Great Experience

It was a long day, but well worth the early start - especially in the company of our excellent driver and guide Bluey. On the way to the Twelve Apostles, we stopped in Torquay and Apollo Bay which are worth a visit in their own right - and we saw koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitat, which was great. The highlight was the Twelve Apostles, and we took the chance to see them from the air on the optional helicopter trip which was fantastic. There was also time for a short clifftop walk at Loch Ard Gorge, where Bluey told the story of the shipwreck which led to its name. All in all, it’s a fantastic trip which I would recommend to anyone - and I’d recommend Viator, too. Booking in advance with them was so easy - in terms of asking for extra information beforehand, making the reservation, payment, receiving confirmation, and getting e-tickets, too. Faultless.

I really enjoyed the trip. Brian made very efficient time and kept everyone together. I really enjoyed all the stops and lunch at Elsie's was fantastic. The only thing that could be better (and this is not a Brian issue, but more of a company one) is a confirmation the night before. All other tours provide that plus a very descriptive idea on where to meet beyond just a street address which is always super helpful.
