Fantastic Addis Ababa Day Tour
Our Addis Ababa Tour with Teddy was the absolute highlight of our travels. It didn't feel like a standard sightseeing excursion; rather, it was a deeply personal journey through Addis that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. What made this experience so magical was our incredible guide, Teddy. His deep love for the local culture, history, and people truly shone through. Not only was he profoundly knowledgeable, but their warmth and flexibility made us feel like we were exploring the city alongside a lifelong friend. We were able to tailor the tour to what we wanted to see. He took us to the Marcado on my request which was exciting. A bustling market with vendors of all kinds. He was able to negotiate fair prices for the items we purchased. We also visited the Tomoca Coffee House where we learned the history of Ethiopian Coffee making . We also visited the National Museum of Ethiopia to visit the archeological exhibits including the old fossil of Lucy. Teddy has such a wealth of knowledge around what we were seeing and visiting at the museum. It truly made the experience memorable and informative. We also visited the top of Mount Entoto for beautiful views of the entire city surrounded by eucalyptus trees. For background I was traveling with my 82 year old father and Teddy was extremely attentive to his needs. Whether it was making sure he was safe, helping him cross the street, negotiating fair prices etc. I am truly impressed by his duty of care. We had a fantastic lunch at a very nice restaurant and enjoyed the extra time with our guide. Places visited: Marcado National Museum of Ethiopia Tomoca Coffee House Mount Entoto Yekatit Square Menelik Square II Beautiful Parks Tiglachin Memorial Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to ensure we experienced the authentic heart of the destination rather than just checking off tourist boxes. If you are looking for a meaningful, deeply immersive, and expertly guided experience, look no further than than this tour and request Teddy! Thank you for giving us a profound connection and memories we’ll talk about for years to come! Extra information: Excellent on time pick up from our hotel. Comfortable safe, clean car with driver. Cold water provided. Teddy speaks 16 local languages, English, French and some German. You won't regret booking this tour!

Flexible tour during layover at Addis Ababa Airport
I had a great time. I had a 10 hour layover at Addis Ababa airport. After getting my free transit hotel from Ethiopian Airlines (which is a fantastic deal), I took the shuttle to the hotel, checked in, and grabbed a quick breakfast. Then Joe, my tour guide met me at the hotel. I revised the itinerary a bit since I’ve been to Addis before. That was very nice option with tour. Spent 5 hours seeing some sites in Addis, getting an authentic Ethiopian meal, and bought some Ethiopian coffee for friends. Then I still had some time to nap before taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport for my next flight. Joe was a wonderful tour guide. Very accommodating. I highly recommend the tour for anyone having 4-6 hours free in Addis Ababa.

A day at Addis Abeba
Addis Abeba is an amazing city and I couldn’t have a better tour guide as Desale and Kulen as a great driver. Desale was very knowledgeable and explained me a lot about the history and the culture of Ethiopia. He ensured that I enjoyed every moment and ensured that I didn’t missed all the important sights. He is very professional and was very flexible to adjust the program to my needs. I was astonished on his presentation & explanation at the museum and in all other places we visited
