It was an excellent introduction to Addis Ababa -my guide Daniel was very friendly, accommodating and flexible, his English is excellent, his knowledge was superb, and he let me set the pace, which I greatly appreciated. The driver was also very accommodating - the private tour was enjoyable and very relaxed and I felt like a queen.
The tour was great. Daniel is a great guy and guide. Even though my tour started in the afternoon, we could make it to visit the National Museum and Entoto Palace, before closing. Since my tour was on Sunday, Merkato was closed so Daniel managed to find other interesting sites to visit before the end of the tour, that were not originally considered.
I would not hesitate to recommend booking Daniel’s tour while on a short layover in Addis.
Our half-day tour of Addis with Dani and his driver was more than we’d hoped for. He was absolutely wonderful with my eight-year-old son, at one point even lending him his coat. We now count Dani as not just a guide, but a friend.
Wonderful 1/2 day experience to get a feel of every day life in Addis Ababa. Daniel is an amazing tour guide who is very friendly and knowledgeable. A very enjoyable experience.
