Avoid Ethio Tours!!

DO NOT BOOK any tour with Ethio Tours (ET). If booking via Viator make sure it’s not Ethio Tours. I gave 3 stars to acknowledge the driver’s, Biniam, effort to manage the ever changing itinerary by Ethio Tours. ET never replied to my message requesting confirmation and started changing the itinerary a night before departure. Required us to drive on a very rough road for 8 hours, starting the journey at 5:30PM in the morning to catch a 1AM flight. The company does NOT have the clients interest, and kept repeating they know best. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
