Viator uses a partner Ethio Travel and Tours who have a terrible reputation. I complained to Viator about having to pay an additional $140.00 fee at the airport for our flight to Lalibela from Addis Ababa because the tour operator did not book us as non-residents. Ethio refuses to refund this extra cost and Viator had passed to buck onto Ethio Tours. I made my booking with Viator and not Ethio tours.
