This tour is a scam. We showed up and the guide was not there. When I called phone number listed on our booking confirmation, the woman said that she doesn’t do tours with Viator, this is the 4th time this month this has happened. We are now trying to get our money back as the woman who was supposed to lead the tour said Viator needs to refund us, not her

Tour guide never showed up. No one else was there so I may have been the only participant. If the tour was cancelled - I should have been notified rather than have me stand in the rain for 30 minutes waiting. I contacted tour guide several times with no response. Still no response and it's been almost 24 hours. I demand a full refund.

Lisa Marie is the creator and host of this unique tour around the streets of Vienna. Most of the time together is focused on Austrian history relating to the Jewish populations during the 18th and 19th centuries. Sites of interest are pointed out, and there is ample time for inquiries from the participants, often leading to pertinent discussions and thoughts.

Fascinating tour from extremely knowledgeable guide. The guide gave a moving and extremely informative history lesson about the evolution of how Jews were viewed and treated in Vienna over centuries. The sites she brought us to added color to the information.

Please do yourself a favour and take this tour. The tour guide is excellent - not only is she very knowledgeable about the topic, but very passionate as well, and it makes it one of the best walking tours you can take. You do not need to be Jewish to take this tour, the tour guide does a great job of filling in any gaps/answering questions you may have, but it's so worth it learning about how Jewish history left it's mark on Vienna. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Ann Marie leads this tour with fascinating historical insight that I have not experienced in any other Jewish tour. Ann Marie is a historian who has spent a tremendous amount of time learning and understanding the history of the Jewish presence in Vienna. She weaves together historical facts over time to explain how things evolved over hundreds of years with the Jewish community in Vienna. And she points out things that I have never noticed on other tours. We found her commentary to be quite insightful and understanding how things came to pass. The time spent learning about the evolution of Jewish living in Vienna was very educating and enjoyable. We would highly recommend taking this cultural heritage tour and spending a couple hours with Ann Marie!

Lisa Maria is a wonderful, kind and enthusiastic person with an enormous knowledge about the Jewish Population in Vienna over the last few centuries. She definitely found her passion in history and she was able to answer any questions she was asked by our group. She is a real story teller and all of us were so keen on listening that we finished the tour much later than expected. Her tour was by far our highlight of our 5-day-Vienna-Trip. You can tell that Lisa Maria knew all of her stuff and was passionate about teaching. She was the best tour guide I’ve ever had and she will answer every question you had with enthusiasm and detail no matter the question. Don’t believe any of the bad reviews this tour has gotten, their bad experience was Viator’s fault for not communicating with them, not hers.

There were problems with the communications and we couldn't get in contact with all of them. We understand the trouble it caused you and are very sorry about it!

I turned up for the tour and there was no tour. I called the number more than three times and no-one called me back. I wasted a precious half day on something that doesn't exist. Another couple had turned up and wasted their time waiting around.
