seems they overcharge and was stressful because they don’t initially give you tickets, and give no word about when they will. I had to email them day of and they responding saying they’d send them only an hour before the booking time (12pm). I received it at 11 only to find out the booking was for 11:30, not 12, so increased the stress of having to get there earlier than planned because of misinformation given when booking. Even so, the tickets worked so I guess I can say it was worth it?

Afternoon in Versailles

This was a great way to see the Palace and enjoy the extensive gardens and views! We rented the cart to get around the entire site and would recommend this! One hour was enough time. We walked back down to the restaurant for lunch and enjoyed the afternoon sun along the lake! Swans, boaters and such beauty!

Bought the tickets way in advance. Got confirmation voucher which says ‘not the official entry tickets and needs to present at a redemption point .’. Contacted Viator and the provider numerous times to find out where and when to redeem but no one could give me a clear answer. The responses are either ‘you are confirmed’’ or ‘You will be contacted soon’ .. i finally got the tickets the day before the visit. Could have saved me a lot of time and frustration if a clear redemption instruction is provided !
