This was a perfect way to explore Verona by foot at leisure. It was incredibly easy to use and gave just enough explanation of sites. Highly recommend this to anyone not interested in being committed to a group or personal guided tour.

I was visiting Verona on a day trip and wanted a quick and simple guide to the city. The tour was very informative, a little bit humourous and very enjoyable to do at my own pace.
I especially enjoyed the option to extend the tour to other churches and the food recommendations.

A great tour for an overview of the important sights in Verona especially when you are short on time. It took us about 5h with a long stop for lunch and gelato and we went in and explored the Castelvecchio, Duomo, Arena Di Verona, and Juliet’s house. We loved the little explanations of the sights and the layout of the guide was very easy to follow. Thank you so much!

Great for people who want flexibility, don’t want to be in a “group tour”, want to stop and start the speaker or reread/hear what was said. The only problem I had was the poor pronunciation of the Italian names/places. Otherwise, perfect for our needs.

The details of the tour were lacking. It should not say “pick up”. You don’t pick up anything. It should say starting points. And you need to let people know this is ALL off your phone, using the link- that did not work and had to contact the tour guide, and the maps on your phone to help guide you around to the different places- it drains your battery. I don’t recommend this tour. You can do it your self.

As I wrote to you earlier and as specified in the product description, to use the “digital guide” you need to use a smartphone 😊 In addition, the platform is deliberately developed on browsers so that battery consumption is minimal.👍🏻 Anyway, I'm happy to see that you fully utilized the product till the end so, probably, it was not so that bad 😉

Great guided audio tour which was easy to follow. At first the link would not work but having contacted the operator it worked spot on within a few minutes. Very cost effective of seeing highlights of a city without tagging along with those massive guided group tours - do it at your own pace, stop when you want to and not have to listen to other peoples dumb questions ;-)

Well worth doing, gives good information on the locations & it’s a good way to get your bearings on the first day.
Some of the locations seem a little light on with information, & the website won’t keep playing if the screen turns off, it overall it was well worth the small cost.

This worked well for us, we had a few days Verona & aren’t interested in group tours (we actively avoid them).
I had a few questions & they were answered via WhatsApp almost immediately.
A few minor hiccups with the map link but nothing major.
Would definitely recommend, particularly for Verona.

I enjoyed the information. But it was a real struggle to downloas the program, the links did not work so i has to manuallly type in th e website and password. I was dropped from the program or the google directions did not work consistently. Eventually ran out of battery and gave up without completing the tour. Information was good but it was frustrating to deal with the program. If the links work it would be easier to navigate the program and get back on wihout wasting as much time. Need to work on that. I think you should also offer both written and audio, for each tour because in noisy areas it it hard to hear. Your tour of Verona does not offer both and I very concernes that his would peesent a problem. And be a waste of time trying.

As per our chat after the tour, I showed you the 3 messages I had sent you one week before (where you answered me) and a day before your activity containing the link to access the digital guide (in addition to the link that you already had in the voucher) 😊.
Each guide has both text and audio portions so I don't understand your report about the lack of text to read in noisy areas (unfortunately I can't handle the crowd in Venice yet 😬).
Finally, the slow opening of the google maps links, as we verified together after the activity, was due to your mobile connection and not my platform. 🤓

The text and content of the tour is quite good (enough info but also not too much), but the audio is really really bad. It's a robot voice that reads the text input. We simply couldn't listen to it and ended up reading the text ourselves, which is not what we bought the tour for. If we had intended to read some text from a website, we could have just looked up some information (or even a whole tour) on the internet for free.
