The best, covered a lot of ground. Worth every step. Visited areas we didn't find on our own. Morris was great. Highly recommend.
Our tour was excellent. Our guide was sweet and knowledgeable . We learned so much about the city and the culture of Verona. Loved the view from the cable car ride and enjoyed Juliette’s house. I wish I would have the name if our guide because she made it a great day!
This tour was excellent and I highly recommend. I think our guides name was Mario? He was fantastic. Explained everything clearly and spent time answering any questions and providing much local flavor. We loved our Verona tour and highly recommend it. Juliiet's (possible) balcony is worth a long range photo but not much else. Iwas not part of the tour. Enjoy the city, it was wonderful.. Lunch by the arena at the end of the tour was also excellent.
The tour was very informative and Maurio was knowledgeable and fun… we had a great day. Highly recommended
Very informative tour. Guide has great knowledge Verona history and especially the arena past and present
The tour itself was informative and good. I wish I could rate it higher but we experienced a real frustration which casts a dark cloud on the experience. The Viator booking site specifically instructed us to redeem our purchase for tickets in advance of the tour at a specific address. We tried to do that the day before our tour and wasted over an hour searching and searching for it, getting very hot, sweaty, and frustrated. We finally contacted to tour operator and learned we did not need tickets. That made us angry. Again, the tour was fine but we should have booked something else and saved ourselves a lot of frustration and wasted energy.
It's a great day. Elody was brilliant - very good chef, clear explanations and fun. She somehow managed to get us all to make beautiful pasta and tiramisu. Well worth it.
The only downside is that the wine isn't great but as it's 'unlimited' we weren't really expecting it to be.
Great way to get your bearings of the city and would definitely recommend doing early on in your stay. Our guide, Elizabeth, was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great insight into the city and its history. Wonderful views from the top of the funicular. Three hours well spent!
Really wonderful small group walking tour seeing some of the highlights of beautiful Verona! We really enjoyed our friendly and knowledgeable guide.
A fantastic introduction to Verona with a chance to see and learn about this beautiful city whilst seeing some of the amazing things that might have been missed if we hadn’t had our amazing guide to show us around.
The tour guide was so knowledgeable, personable and attentive and imparted vast amounts of information about Verona. Many thanks for such a great experience.
What an absolutely fabulous tour led by Paola. I highly highly highly recommend this Tour company and our Tour Guide.
Very good tour, it covers all the hilights. The guide was very knowledgeable and very good. I would recommend it
A small group tour, our guide was very informative, we walked at a good pace for everyone as it was very hot. The tour gave us a good insight into things we might not had picked up wandering alone. Our tour ended at the market where most of the group then went to Juliet’s Balcony with the pre booked timed entry tickets purchased with the tour.
Donatella was extremely knowledgeable and we were very pleased with her behavior on this tour. She answered all our questions very politely. 10 of 10
A very thorough, informative and interesting tour of all the main places of interest in Verona. Monica was a font of knowledge, an excellent guide
Very put together tour , the guide Maria was very well informed about the places we saw answered all of our questions
Thank you
We had a wonderful experience!! Our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about educating others on Verona's history and landmark.
I booked the "European Walks in Verona in german language" - announced as last 2 tickets - an get a confirmation. Some houres later the toure was canceled by the company but the ticket- price was already by the company. Taking the money works, giving the performance doesnt work. Its lawfuell but aufuel. Tarrible.

Hi Ranier,
The tour was canceled due to incorrect language choice and it is refunded back to the card you used at Viator to book.
Guide was truly an expert. Hit all the major points at a reasonable pace. The arena is a bit of a disappointment as it’s set up for a concert/opera. You lose all of the ancient feel from the inside. My opinion is that Juliet’s home is unnecessary and could easily have been avoided.
Perfect introduction to the city
Guide was amazing

A must to do before you go exploring on your own
Booked this tour only hours before due to another company cancelling late as unable to provide a guide.
I added Juliet’s house to our booking.
The arena was a great start and is spectacular. We were only given 15 mins of free time there and personally could have done with a bit longer. By the time we had climbed to the top and back down it was time to leave!
The walk through the old areas of Verona was beautiful visiting the many squares! Such beautiful buildings!
We then went up in the Funicular for a view over Verona. Given some free time again and due to it being a scorching day we all raced to the cafe for a cold drink but again time was very limited here!
A walk back down the hill and our tour concluded in the Market square to enable us to go to Juliet’s house.
This was a lovely addition but very crowded with people!
An enjoyable tour.
A very exellent tour guide with superb knoweldge and ability to engage the group ensuring individual and group were heard and able to ask any questions. Also ensured our comfort in the heat as much as was possible. Would certainly recommend this lady's tour and do not usually make any recommendations.
Bring change for the public restrooms. .70EU to enter public restroom across from the meeting point. Very hot day, drank plenty of water and stay in the shade. Verona has plenty of porticos and shade sometimes a small lane but it works. Antoinette was extremely knowledgeable about Italian and Roman history. She powered through amazingly the very hot tour with patience and energy.
Elaine is an expert tour guide who helped each of individually with whatever needs we had. Our small group included people traveling alone and couples, as well as a mother and daughter. She took her time and answered each and every question. I highly recommended Elaine Rossi.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I recommend this city tour to anyone who visits Verona. 100% recommendation
The guide was very informative but could have included other local sites as we walked instead telling us about each nail and wood
Best walking tour, especially the Arena … & our guide talked just the right amount … not too much yet very informative
It was fantastic - Antonella was engaging and knowledgeable and she made the whole experience interesting and fun. She gave us lots of fascinating information on what we saw - worth giving plenty of time for this so as not to rush so we’re glad we didn’t schedule anything straight afterwards.
Wonderful small group walking tour with Graziano. Great Verona historical overview. Viewed different areas of old town.
Would highly recommend.
