This is an amazing walking tour of Verona. Wear good shoes and bring a water bottle! Mauro is an amazing tour guide and answered all of our questions in addition to teaching us about Verona’s history, architecture, economy, food, and wine. Truly worth the investment of your time and money.

Mario excellent guide. Walking tour is comprehensive covering many sites and filled with interesting facts. Bring MOST comfortable shoes as you cover quite a bit of ground.
The tour covered all of the highlights of Verona with a very knowledgeable guide. It was enjoyable and informative
Morris, our tour guide, was excellent! He was so knowledgeable and it was clear he loves Verona and wants visitors to love it too, which we did. We had our 16 month old grandson with us and Morris was so good with him too, and made us all feel welcome. Would highly recommend this experience as we learnt and saw so much more than we would have done if we had just walked round on our own. Well worth the money.

Morris was wonderful with our group and showed us not only the best geography of Verona but the history and interesting tidbits and funny anecdotes. He gave us tips on where and what to eat and left us with an immeasurable impression of this fabulous city. I highly recommend him and this three hour tour.

Our tour was excellent. Our guide was sweet and knowledgeable . We learned so much about the city and the culture of Verona. Loved the view from the cable car ride and enjoyed Juliette’s house. I wish I would have the name if our guide because she made it a great day!
This tour was excellent and I highly recommend. I think our guides name was Mario? He was fantastic. Explained everything clearly and spent time answering any questions and providing much local flavor. We loved our Verona tour and highly recommend it. Juliiet's (possible) balcony is worth a long range photo but not much else. Iwas not part of the tour. Enjoy the city, it was wonderful.. Lunch by the arena at the end of the tour was also excellent.

The tour itself was informative and good. I wish I could rate it higher but we experienced a real frustration which casts a dark cloud on the experience. The Viator booking site specifically instructed us to redeem our purchase for tickets in advance of the tour at a specific address. We tried to do that the day before our tour and wasted over an hour searching and searching for it, getting very hot, sweaty, and frustrated. We finally contacted to tour operator and learned we did not need tickets. That made us angry. Again, the tour was fine but we should have booked something else and saved ourselves a lot of frustration and wasted energy.
It's a great day. Elody was brilliant - very good chef, clear explanations and fun. She somehow managed to get us all to make beautiful pasta and tiramisu. Well worth it.
The only downside is that the wine isn't great but as it's 'unlimited' we weren't really expecting it to be.
Great way to get your bearings of the city and would definitely recommend doing early on in your stay. Our guide, Elizabeth, was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great insight into the city and its history. Wonderful views from the top of the funicular. Three hours well spent!

A small group tour, our guide was very informative, we walked at a good pace for everyone as it was very hot. The tour gave us a good insight into things we might not had picked up wandering alone. Our tour ended at the market where most of the group then went to Juliet’s Balcony with the pre booked timed entry tickets purchased with the tour.

I booked the "European Walks in Verona in german language" - announced as last 2 tickets - an get a confirmation. Some houres later the toure was canceled by the company but the ticket- price was already by the company. Taking the money works, giving the performance doesnt work. Its lawfuell but aufuel. Tarrible.

The tour was canceled due to incorrect language choice and it is refunded back to the card you used at Viator to book.
Guide was truly an expert. Hit all the major points at a reasonable pace. The arena is a bit of a disappointment as it’s set up for a concert/opera. You lose all of the ancient feel from the inside. My opinion is that Juliet’s home is unnecessary and could easily have been avoided.
