This was truly one of the most unique and special experiences we have ever had the pleasure to participate in. Not only was our host warm and welcoming, but she graciously brought us into her home, provided us with a meat, cheese, and wine nosh to start off, and then shared her wisdom of traditional pasta and tiramisu making. We had so much fun and the pasta was truly incredible. If you're in Verona, this is not something to be missed!

This was an excellent cooking class held in a lovely private home. The cook was friendly, energetic, explained everything she was doing, and gave each person opportunities to participate in the cooking. In addition to the pastas and tiramisu we made she also talked about the different pestos she makes. We got a tour of her garden and pantry as well. Although Aurora, our cook, didn’t speak English, she provided a translator so we wouldn’t miss anything. At the end of class, we all had lunch and dessert together. My husband, who doesn’t cook but came with me, enjoyed it so much he wished the class was longer! I would love to take more classes from Aurora.

Just an absolutely incredible experience with Michaela our chef who welcomed us into her home with such grace and hospitality! Such an amazing pure Italian cultural experience with our two children and she was so warm and accommodating to our children’s needs! Highly highly recommend!

A most enjoyable cooking experience.. Learning how to make pasta and Tiramisu the authentic way was an amazing experience.. Michela our host was so welcoming in her beautiful home . At the end we were given a beautiful hand towel and recipes of the pasta and tiramisu. Definitely will be making my own pasta from now on . Would highly recommend this experience

Michela was a wonderful host and made this truly a memorable experience. It started right away from her meeting us on the street and escorting us to her apartment. She always asked how much or how little we wanted to learn (we wanted it all!), and was patient to repeat steps and answer any questions we had in detail. The instruction, the talent, and the ultimate food we tasted were amazing, but I have to say the best part of our experience was Michela’s willingness to share her own personal stories along with the food and wine. Sitting around the table, enjoying food we had helped to create, and listening to Michela’s history made for a delightful evening!
