  • On June 2nd, 2025, the Sistine Chapel will be closed to visitors, while the rest of the Museums will remain open as usual.
  • Tickets are only valid for the selected date and time; please arrive within your designated time slot.
  • All visitors are required to go through airport-style security, and during peak season, wait times may exceed 30 minutes.
  • Youth tickets are offered to individuals aged 7 to 18 (inclusive) who can present a valid ID.
  • Opening hours may vary due to special events at the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica.
  • Children below 7 years old enter free of charge when presenting a valid ID.
  • Those with a disability and their carer or companion go free of charge with a certificate of disability, which you must present at the Special Permits and/or the Reception desk in the hall of the museum
  • June, July, and August are especially busy since they fall in the peak season.
  • Shorts, short skirts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed
  • Need to bring Passport or ID card for children
  • Normally, travellers receive the final voucher 3–5 days before the tour date. It includes the exact meeting point and important instructions.
  • Tour duration may vary depending on your start time, and you may remain inside until the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel close.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

Skip the line tickets got us straight past the long line of people. The rooms had ceiling s adorned with great art. It was a fabulous experience.

Disorganizzazione: arrivata mail solo di presentarsi all’ingresso 15 minuti prima dell’appuntamento. Arrivati all’ingresso ci dicono che bisogna ritirare i waucher in in altra zona. Torno indietro dopo aver girato per cercare il posto arriva una ragazza molto disponibile e gentile che vi riaccompagna fino dentro ma delle audioguide non sapeva nulla e le avevo già pagate. In più il giorno prima mi avevano mandato una mail che mi vomevano spostare la guida 2 h dopo ma non ho accettato perché avevamo già un altro impegno.
