Rosa was our guide and she was great. We are happy we did the tour because we learned a lot. A few notes. You will walk a lot so wear comfortable shoes. It gets very crowded and the ear pieces didn’t work well, so keep that in mind. It fluctuates between cold and warm, so bring a jacket. Overall it was good and we are quite tired now.

Great Fallas tour with Wog

Our guide Wog was exceptional—so knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The experience felt both fun and immersive, and we learned so much along the way. Great overview and orientation

Tour started ON TIME. It's was a nice gentle walk through the various neighborhoods in central Valencia with stops at several of the fallas. We were given the history of the fallas, not on the year long process, and even window shopped at a fabric store specializing in the falleros costumes. Plus a stop at Valor for churros and hot chocolate is always a welcome treat.

Bad technology-poor group management

The audio devices did not work and there was a loud buzzing over the guide’s voice. The guide went too fast and did not allow time for photos. As a result, I got left behind, because as I was taking a picture in the back of the group, they went around a corner, and she did not wait for me.

Fun Fallas tour in Valencia!

Anais did a great job of walking us through Valencia’s old town showing & explaining the history of Fallas and how & where many of the different Falla neighborhood statues were located. She explained the Falla competitions and the process that each Falla committee goes through to chose an artist who works with a team for over a year to crest great artwork that will be lit on fire March 19th! So interesting!

Definitely worth it to learn about Las Fallas!

We learned so much about the history of the festival, the significance of individual fallas, and how the celebration makes Valencian culture what it is. We saw most of the city and noteworthy fallas and even got to go up close to a main falla! We had a slight snafoo with the battery life of the earpieces, but our guide just raised her voice and was all around kind, honest, and knowledgeable. The tour didn't feel rushed, even though it was a full 3 hours of rich information in some busy streets. I recommend!
