We enjoyed our walking tour of Valencia’s old town. We learned a lot about the history of the area and had details pointed out we never would have noticed or understood without the guide. The only negative thing was that we were a mixed group of both English and Italian even though we booked an English tour. However the guide did a wonderful job juggling both and making sure both groups got all the information in the language they understood. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re stopping in Valencia and you’d like to understand more about the local culture and history of the area!

The tour itself was fine, but the meeting point instructions were vague. There was only "Meet in Placa Dels Furs." with no mention of how to identify our guide. We arrived 45 minutes early to find approximately 500 people at that location. We sent 2 messages to the tour company, receiving NO reply! We finally located our guide 5 minutes after the tour was to have started. She said "I was over there." They held the tour back waiting for us when they could have simply answered our messages OR phoned us! They had our Spanish phone. Just do better!!

The guide always arrives 15 minutes before the tour to receive the clients, if we do not answer the messages it is because we are busy, that day we had several groups and languages, however in the voucher you have a contact telephone number to call that the guide always has, for The easiest thing would have been to call directly. We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. One small point is that sometimes we couldn’t hear her clearly so maybe she needs to have a bigger speaker? Still overall a very good tour would recommend.

Highly recommend this tour! It runs rain or shine so bring an umbrella is there’s rain in the forecast. Valencia is so interesting and beautiful and our guide really brought it to life!

Recuerdo a una guia vagamente puesto que no se presentó. El grupo aún no sabe ni su nombre ni su formación. Lamento su nula capacidad para recoger nuestras observaciones sobre habernos enviado a aparcar a 20' a pie y 8 ' en coche. Encontramos a faltar un minimo de comprensión hacia los que vamos al encuentro en coche. Al contrario, ninguna empatía y mal tono.
Su guía lo justito para salir del paso un domingo. Una pena.

Lamentamos que su visita no haya sido de su agrado. Le recordamos que llego casi media hora tarde al punto de encuentro y aún así les esperamos para empezar, eso se llama educación y cortesía. Cosa que en su persona no la vimos en ningún momento, nos encargamos de la visita guiada no del parking de los clientes, si usted llega tarde y encima en coche, debe averiguar donde aparcar para llegar con suficiente antelación al punto de encuentro indicado. Le recordamos que es un tour en grupo, no privado. Menos mal que al menos sus acompañantes si se disculparon en su nombre por las malas palabras que tuvo y el poco respeto por los presentes que demostró. Le recomendamos para el futuro puntualidad inglesa.

Puntuale all'appuntamento si è presentata la guida di nome Pablo, che in un italiano perfetto ci ha portato e spiegato ogni sito che abbiamo visitato, raccontandoci anche aneddoti e leggente relative al monumento o alla chiesa.
