Super hot afternoon and Mimi and Andrea did their best to keep us cool. Stopped the hike a bit early and went to a fabulous overlook. Well worth learning the history!!
Bruce_T, Nov 2025
This tour provided an excellent opportunity to see Kata Tjuta up close. It only went to one site for walking and it's a bit of a climb on uneven ground. If your able, it is worth the walk, and the tour guide was excellent providing lots of background and pointing out things to see.

Wonderful experience wear good sneakers and drink lots of water. Take your time enjoy the scenery Dimitry was a great guide

Susan_P, Oct 2025
Andy from Seit Tours gave a very informative tour and checked regularly on how we were handling the walk and heat. Gorgeous place.
jiaqiu_z, Oct 2025
good experience, beautiful view, excellent guide, air conditioned coach. Highly recommend. Remember to bring fly net

Amazing place . We enjoyed the trip and the beauty of this remote place! Ale our guide made our experience more memorable 👍👏
Jacqui_a, Jul 2025
This tour gives a good taste of being outdoors in the NT and the scale of Kata Juta. Great guide. Recommend for a short excursion.
Enid_W, Jul 2025
Get short tour! Tour guide was really informative and walk itself was relatively easy to do. Would recommend 👌

Our guide, Jackie, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
The walk through the gorge at Kata Tjuta is spectacular but the ground is very uneven. Seit does warn about this on their website, so take it seriously.
Even is winter there were a lot of flies and I was glad I had my fly net. Quite a few others had them too.
All in all, an excellent tour to an amazing place.

A relaxed half day tour, great information shared and the scenery was spectacular. Lucia was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was an amazing experience. Gorgeous scenery. Our guide Bea was very informative and friendly. Lots of information about the area was given. It is quite uneven and rocky so you must watch where you walk so decent shoes a must. Well worth the trip out there as it is a sight to behold.
Andy_G, Apr 2025
Lovely drive, beautiful Kata Juta mountains and awesome Valpa gorge. Being a small group private tour helped to get to location and back quicker than a large tour group.
Tisharra_D, Apr 2025
The trek is on very rough ground. A real ankle twister. It's worth it to make it into the gorge. Takes longer than you think. The flies are terrible.
Sandra_P, Mar 2025
This was an interesting area to visit and the domes were impressive. Max was a great guide, knowledgeable about the area and its history and how the Kata Tjuṯa was formed. He was very happy answering questions, on time, a safe driver and looked after everyone, ensuring they were ok in the heat and had plenty of water. It was a shame that, because of the heat, we couldn’t walk further into the Walpa Gorge.
Make sure you take a fly net along with your water, hat and sunscreen!

Our tour started at 2:30PM with the Sun trying to burn us alive. However, Rachel was such an incredible guide, explaining geology, providing local music experience during the ride, and sharing stories about local flora and fauna, as well as the people that we forgot about the scorching heat.
She's an incredible guide, engaging, and easygoing, while still making sure we're all safe, so keep your fingers crossed you get her!

We loved our visit to Kata Tjuta! Our guide was a gem and was very attentive to the group's needs throughout the tour. We first stopped at a viewing platform to get breathtaking views of Kata Tjuta and Uluru in the distance, and then we proceeded to Walpa Gorge for a short hike through the rock formations. Definitely bring a fly net (flies don't bite but swarm over your head/neck)--we were the only people who brought one, and everyone else said they wished they had. Overall a great afternoon that helped us make the most of our limited time in the Uluru area after doing a sunrise tour that morning.
Paul_K, Nov 2024
Excellent experience - Lily was a really good guide who provided lots of interesting information about the geology and flora of Kata Tjuta. I really recommend visiting this area as well as Uluru as it is quite different and also much less busy
Nina_N, Nov 2024
Dan the guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend the tour! A bit too hot and a couple of flies buzzing about but other than that, was amazed by Kata Tjuta!
Fiona_W, Nov 2024
Rachel was a great guide & very knowledgeable. Trainers/walking boots are a must as well as water. Nets are great for keeping the flies off the face. I would recommend this tour
Cathy_A, Oct 2024
The Kata Tjuta range is stunning - and less visited than Uluru Rock, so it felt very special to be in a small party of 6, plus our excellent guide Rachel who was very informative but also gave us time to look, listen, reflect & really appreciate KT. You also see Uluru in the distance and get an interesting 40ish mins road trip e/way showcasing this area of the red centre. NB: Not arduous however requires full mobility to do the walk owing to some rocky terrain. A must-see.
SHENG_H, Oct 2024
Our guide is very friendly and helpful. The view is stunning. We went on a very hot day, there was plenty of water supplied.
Gaetano_I, Oct 2024
In my opinion, taking the tour during the hottest hours in an area notoriously famous for high temperatures seriously puts the health of the participants at risk. I strongly advise against participating.
Furthermore, the start of the tour was moved half an hour from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm without warning the participants and without even apologizing for this. Behavior that I consider unprofessional and very disrespectful.
Nina_M, Oct 2023
Overall an amazing experience. It was very hot but our guide Bea was incredible, always worrying and assuring we all have enough water and were ok.
Walpa Gorge is indescribable so it definitely worse the visit and tour.
Belinda_H, Oct 2023
Tour guide (Bea) was absolutely lovely. A naturally gifted comunicator, who put us all at ease with her genuine, friendly, and sunny personality - a true pleasure to absorb all the knowledge she had to share with us. Walpa Gorge is simply stunning and unlike anything you'll see again. The end of the hike has an incredible payoff, too! Pick-up and transport went very smoothly. Comfortable journey. Would advise sturdy footwear, hat, and fly repellent! Plenty of sunscreen, too.

Being on a guided tour was a great way to see the Walpa Gorge. Even though the path is a little uneven in places it still is a very easy and accessible walk. The changing light in the afternoon enhanced the vibrancy of colours in the gorge in contrast with the blueness of the sky. Wildflowers were in abundance. The rest room facilities in the car park were clean and well maintained and provide visitors with a more than adequate comfort stop.
Ruth_T, Aug 2023
We did a 3 hour tour to Kata Tjuṯa with a small group - 10 of us. The guide and driver Alex was wonderful, sharing her vast array of knowledge of the area with us with great depth and a friendly manner. She was always happy to takes photos for us too. We loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore this part of Yalara
/Uluṟu.
BRUCE_B, Jul 2023
Our tour guide Shae was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. Highly recommended.
Michele_R, Jul 2023
What a wonderful small group tour. We had 7, my family of three, plus four solo travelers of varying ages, genders and origins. It was such a great group. And best of all was our guide B. She has such respect and love of the land and this sacred place that made us feel even closer to it. She made sure none of us was left behind, catering to my child as well as the rest of our group. Her descriptions and information on the way to and from Kara Tjuta made it even better. I highly recommend.
