We had a great sunrise tour as well as a lovely breakfast prepared by our guide. We learned about the geology of Kata Tjuṯa and history of Uluru. He also took photos of each group on specific spots of the gorge. Our group was lucky that we were the only ones hiking on the gorge that day.

It was a wonderful tour, and the guides were lovely. One thing to note, it was an uphill hike for about a mile and then back down. So I would say it is for an intermediate fitness level. It is also rocky, so the terrain is uneven. But it is beautiful and worth it if you can do it physically.

Lovely tour

Emma_T, Feb 2026
Dimitri was a fun and informative guide. Kata Tjuṯa was beautiful, the sunrise was special . Breakfast was nice, cereal and English muffins with coffee. The only thing we would say is that we would like to have learnt more about the Indigenous people. Apart from that it was a lovely tour.

Very nice small group tour

Anna_G, Feb 2026
A very nice, well paced, perfectly executed tour. We left before the sunrise, spent the sunrise itself on a platform observing the miracle of a new day (though platform is bit crowded…), had a fabulous walk on an empty Kata Tjuta trail while all the other tours were having breakfast and only then then had our meal, with the whole picnic area just for ourselves! Well done Lorenzo for this change of plans - you made it almost a private tour for our small group - THANK YOU!!! Tip: definitely bring fly nets…!!!!

The breakfast was simple but good. The walk at Kata Tjuṯa was excellent. Beautiful place. We were there early so caught the sunrise and did the walk before lots of people arrived.

Wow

Jan_R, Dec 2025
The walk was a bit more difficult than expected -very rocky. Full explanation at all times. Pete, the guide was passionate about the whole area so lots if discussions along the way I had a fall, was treated and Pete was caring and professional in treatment. He’s. a gold star guide.

Dimitri was our guide. I highly recommend him to future tours. He was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided insights and history to the attractions. He was the best and went above and beyond.

Great experience

niall_f, Sep 2025
A very interesting and not at all exhausting excursion. Even though it lasted around 5 hours, the walking part wasn’t that long in the end. Stunning views and a beautiful location. It’s a pity we didn’t have more time to do the Valley of the Winds hike as well. Apart from the beauty of the place, we especially want to highlight the friendliness and kindness of our two guides — Lorenzo and Chapi. Fantastic guides: attentive, involved, and always making sure everything went smoothly. It was truly a privilege to go in a small group and with such great guides. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxed, although due to timing we had it quite late — so the fasting ended up being a bit longer than expected!

Lovely sunrise and beautiful gorge

Patricia_P, Sep 2025
The walking on conglomerate rock at Walpa Gorge is a little tricky. Wear sturdy shoes. But the views into the gorge, with the reflection pool, are pretty good. I also had my first Vegemite at breakfast!!! Graham was a great driver, informative guide and laid out a nice breakfast table!!

Great experience - a Must Do !

Blair_G, Sep 2025
Very informative guide (Graham) who knew exactly how to give us the best opportunity to experience Kate Juta (otherwise known previously as The Olgas). An early morning start (5:15 am in early September) to catch the sunrise, then a very cold walk into a gorge - but well worth it. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. However, what I most appreciated was the Western science explanation of the geology of the formation and its creation. Having been there several years ago on my own, in my own vehicle, in the middle of a hot day, I would recommend a sunrise tour with SEIT.

If it's very windy, the trek to and through Kata Tjuta can be challenging in parts for the elderly or unfit. Our guide Graem was fantastic.

Amazing experience with a great company and passionate guides!

Roxana_B, Aug 2025
Seit is an amazing company to book with! Small groups and personalized experience! I have booked same trip on 2 different days and the staff there let me know about this and managed to changed my booking so we could see both Uluru and Lara Tjuta! What a gift! And amazing on their end! Their guides are very passionate, patient and professional! Lucia, Gracie Mille! A pleasure having you as our guide!

Excellent sunrise views, hike, and breakfast!

Catherine_W, Aug 2025
This was great! Our guide shared a lot of information about the history of the areas we visited. The breakfast was enjoyable, out in front of the Walpa Gorge area. Also enjoyed the sunrise on the platform ocerlooking Kata-tjuta. A great hike as well! Highly recommend!

A very interesting excursion. Bee was a friendly and informative guide. A great breakfast was also included, and the walk up the canyon was correctly paced for all in the group.

It rocks!

Anna_B, Jul 2025
Beautiful sunrise in the outback, surrounded by wonderful rocks at Kata Tjuta. Great guided walk. Thanks to Andrea, Lorenzo and Dmitri for a nice breakfast and some great knowledge. We loved it!

Recommended but with reservations

Victor_W, Jul 2025
Good experience but far from cheap and you need to buy your own pass into the national park. This could have been made more clear. In addition we had varying start times given. The tickets showed 5am but actual pick up was 6:15am. We understand that sunrise varies but we feel admin could be much better

Enjoyable Sunrise and Kata Tjuta Hike

Ed_T, May 2025
Awesome sunrise from a location between Uluru and Kata Tjuta followed by a nice breakfast and interesting hike within Kata Tjuta.

Here Comes the Sun!

Mary_C, Apr 2025
We really enjoyed getting up close to the domes of Kata Tjuṯan and walking into the gorge. We didn’t feel rushed as it was a small group. Mae was very friendly and informative. Sharing a bit about her experiences here added to our time together. Sunrise at the lookout was an incredible way to start the day.

Awesome!

Christian_R, Mar 2025
Awesome tour. Interesting and knowledgeable guide. The walk was treacherous but feasible. Everyone was full after breakfast.

Awesome sunrise tour to Kata Tjuta

Beautifu sunrisel tour to kata tjuta. Our tour guide May was great , had great knowledge and was very energetic, engaging and passionate. We lucked out and the weather was fantastic for the short hike to the gorgeous. The sunrise was gorgeous and a highlight to our trip to Uluru.

Dress appropriately!

Melissa_B, Jan 2025
Make sure you wear appropriate shoes! The walk is fairly easy if you are appropriately dressed. Great close up of the Olga’s but Waḻpa Gorge is really all you get to see close.

Sunrise is a beautiful tour.

Started the day early for this sunrise tour, but totally worth it. Tim our guide was knowledgeable and answered any question we had.

Great place to visit, but the guide could be better

Arseny_G, Jan 2025
Kata Tjuta was really beautiful and magnificent. We enjoyed the sunrise, in which you could see both Kata Tjuta and Uluṟu, and then a walk around Kata Tjuta was also a great experience when you could see strange out-of-this-plant rocks up close. Our Canadian guide (I don’t remember her name) wasn’t really good. She didn’t seem enthusiastic about talking about Kata Tjuṯa, just told us some geology basics and that’s it. She was more focused about what we shouldn’t do on the tour, where we shouldn’t go, etc. We learned much more history on Uluṟu and Kings Canyon tours - the guides there were much more knowledgeable. In any case, I’d recommend to go see Kata Tjuṯa - I guess we were just a bit unlucky with the guide.

Up close to Kata Tjuta!

Pauline_M, Dec 2024
Di and Katie were great guides. Breakfast was excellent too - real coffee, cereals and fresh toasted muffins and fruit. The skies were spectacular!
