I did this last year when I was in Udaipur and it is still one of my favourite experiences of the city. The guide really new his stuff and was extremely lovely to deal with.

Nice Way to Experience the City

Harry was a personable guide and was very flexible on what to taste in Udaipur. We buzzed around in his motorbike sampling local street foods and snacks. You could also walk the tour as well. No real set agenda, just a loose way to taste various Indian specialities with a local.
