Overall this was a wonderful experience. The tour of the Maya ruins was very informative. The cenote was relaxing. The horse that my husband had for his horseback riding had a wound that did not look quite right. I wish they took better care of there animals. Our tour guide Chino was awesome

The “jungle horseback riding adventure” took 10 minutes, the Tulum ruins tour was 25 minutes. The 45-minute cenote tour was the highlight.
The day started at 8:30 and ended at 3:15. What did we do with the ~FIVE HOURS that weren’t spent on these activities? Mostly waiting around, standing in lines and moving from hot van to hot van. There was an OK lunch and a “Mayan cultural ceremony” — conveniently located in front of the gift shop.
All of the ziplining/cenote/ATV /horseback tours (in any combination) in the area are run by the same company. The zipline looked modest and I suspect the ATV activity would be as short as the horseback ride. If you choose to book one of these tours — in any combination — have realistic expectations.

¡Hello!
Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate that you enjoyed the cenote. We also apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the tour.
Regarding the times mentioned, our colleagues have informed us that the times for the ruins and horseback riding generally differ from those described in the review.
We are unaware of the reason why the time for these activities was reduced on the day of your reservation and are currently investigating the matter.
Your feedback helps us improve our tour descriptions, and if you are interested, you can contact us to request compensation.

The guidance and information on hand during the Tulum Ruins was done quiet well. The cenote and horseback riding left something to be desired and made the days experience a disappointment.

I’ll start with the good, the horseback riding was fun and the food was great. The bad: the tour bus was 30 minutes late, we got handed off to so many different guides, half our group had stuff on another bus so they were stressing, the cenote was really underwhelming, it was cool but nothing like the pictures of cenotes you see from a google search. The Mayan ruins were alright but the guide was very boring, views were really nice

This was a fun tour. The guides were friendly and gave good information on historical things. We did the ruins, cenote and horseback riding. The lunch provided was also good.

Absolutely terrible tour. The guides were rude and inconsiderate. The tour itself was misleading. Do not book this tour.

Great tour! The ruins tour was more crowded than we expected, but the guide and information was excellent. Loved the Cenotes tour, that was our favorite. Cesar did a fantastic job 10/10!
Horse back riding was very fun, the horses seemed a little tired but the guides made the experience very memorable!

This was a decent tour - the tour operator runs a bunch of tours at the same time with some overlapping activities.
The Tulum ruins and cenote were really cool, but the listing makes it seem like you are riding a horse through the jungle to the cenote. This is not the case. Be warned that the ruins are in a national park; you cannot bring single-use plastic, including water bottles, into the park.
We ended up doing the cenote before horseback riding - the horseback ride was only 25-30 minutes on a paved road with the occasional car going by. Someone is holding your horse or walking beside you the entire time - you are only allowed to walk the horses. If you are an experienced rider, this is probably not the tour for you.
Also, the lunch is automatically served with meat flautas and egg - easy enough to remove, but you can ask for more beans if needed.
