Eli was beyond fantastic. Very friendly and energetic and more importantly for this tour he is incredibly knowledgeable about Maya history and culture. We learned so many fascinating things about Coba and Maya history. It was exactly what I wanted for this tour. If you want to see Coba do it with Eli!

The entire tour took about five hours. We were picked up at our hotel at 8 AM and it took about an hours drive to the site of the Coba ruins. Rodrigo, our guide was thoroughly knowledgeable and made the experience memorable.
The private tour was a relaxing and no stress way to see the archaeological site.

Rodrigo was a great guide and driver. We had a very safe and comfortable drive from Playa del Carmen. He is very informative and an excellent conversationalist. We had an excellent conversation on both the ride out and in, each about 1:40. The Cobá site is excellent and well worth the tour with a great guide as Rodrigo.

Eli was a great tour guide. He really took his time taking us through the ruins, providing a lot of information that I'm not sure we would have gotten hiring a guide on site. He took some great pictures for us and also dropped us off at another destination rather than our hotel so that we could continue our day of exploring.

Interesting half day tour of the ruins. Great you can either hire a bike to cycle to the site or else let someone else take you there. A pity you can no longer climb the ruins but good it’s being preserved for future generations

We had a great time with Eli as our tour guide. We had a private tour. Eli was very knowledgeable about Mayan culture. He left us with a lasting impression. I will never forget my time with him. I would really encourage to request him. I think you’ll get a powerful experience. He can also take you to remote ruins.

Our guide Nelson and his driver (Eric) were wonderful! Arrived promptly and provided excellent information throughout our visit to the Coba Ruins historical site, as well as during the car ride there and back. We greatly appreciated the stop for locally made street tacos too! This was my second visit to the Coba site and though Nelson provided the same factual information, his particular spin on history, science, Mayan mysticism and legend was interesting and appreciated. I would encourage anyone to request and book a tour with this group and specifically Nelson!

Nelson, our guide, was great. Very knowledgeable about the story and the ruins. They make sure that the whole tour go as smooth as possible. The tour started on time and included the park entrances, the bike ride, water and snacks. Nelson went over and offered us some cochinita pibil tacos right before going to the park which were really good. Highly recommended.

We had Nelson was our guide on this tour. He was amazing and very knowledgeable about the site and the maya civilization. We had great discussions about mesoamerican civilizations. They site is easily accessible via bikes or walking.

The excursion was amazing! Communication prior to the tour was excellent, pick up was on time, and Eli's passion for Mayan history and archeology was infectious. He was very knowledgeable providing details that made us feel like we were in on the secret. The tour ended with a visit to Lucia, a Mayan woman, who greeted us with delicious homemade corn tortillas. All in all it was a very memorable and enjoyable experience. We will definitely book tours with Eli again for all our excursions. Highly recommend!

What an adventure! The Cobá Ruins was the best tour of our trip - a beautiful place brought to life by our amazing tour guide Eli! From start to finish we were in safe hands with Eli who was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and prepared for all situations - a natural born tour guide and storyteller! We walked and rode bikes, taking photos along the way and tried to spot the monkeys in the trees. Highly recommend this tour :)

I enjoyed this tour very much! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a bit uneasy with coming down Coba and he helped and encouraged me with going up and down the mountain. He assisted with capturing amazing moments for us via our photos and even stopped off at a mini mart along the way so that we could get some breakfast, I ended up accidentally leaving my purse in the car, and called this company.Within the hour my purse was back in my possession. I loved the tour, the bike riding along with all of the various places we visited along the route was absolutely amazing.
