Terrible operator, do not buy from these people

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR. I purchased a package for my family two weeks before our trip, and was instructed to message them at 8am on the day of our tickets. I did- and they NEVER RESPONDED. Multiple times I tried to text and call, and reached out to Viator for help. They could not reach them either. I’m currently waiting for a refund. I was incredibly stressed and disappointed to have this happen while on vacation with my children. Side note: you can buy tickets to this place at the door, for MUCH cheaper than the price this operator has listed. Never ever ever use them. We ended up contacting the actual Casa Tortuga and speaking with them, they were able to make a reservation for us for the exact same experience, for less than half the cost of this operator.

La reseña fue a base de no leer la descripción de la actividad, el cliente debió contactarnos para recibir la atención como la descripción menciona y lo hizo estando en el lugar, exigiendo atención inmediata, nuestra atiende otras diligencia con clientes que siguen las instrucciones, se hizo lo posible para que sea lo más eficaz, sin embargo redundamos a la descripción donde se menciona hacerlo lo antes posible después de reservar para mejor atención, posteriormente de parte del cliente esta instrucción fue omitida, solicitamos remover la reseña ya que de nuestra parte nos afecta en nuestra reputación y próximas reservas donde Viator no ganaría
