This was a great adventure! The crew was very organized and made sure all equipment was securely placed prior to zipline and repelling activities. Chris was very knowledgeable especially in the cenote. This was a fun way to explore the jungle!

This experience was the best! This is our third time being in Tulum and we always try something new. I was a little scared for the ZipLine but, it was actually not bad! I really loved the ATVs and the cenote was wonderful. 10/10!!!

It was my first time doing ATV, zip lining and Cenote. I had so much fun! Our guide Julio was THE BEST! The entire staff worked extremely hard to deliver this service. I’m so glad my bride squad booked this excursion for us!

The excursion was a 10/10! The excursion is about 5 hours long & you will not be bored. Atv & the Cenote was my groups favorite part. Julio is the best tour guide ask for him

Rained the entire time but it was such a fun adventure!! Highly recommend. Wear swimsuits and water shoes because it can get messy. Recommend a fanny pack for all your stuff

I LOVED driving the ATV!!! Even though it was bumpy, I enjoyed it! I would do it over and over if I could.
Zip lining that high over the jungle was a little scary but amazing!!!!
The cenote was fun! The hidden rocks down in the water weren’t too fun but overall I liked it.

Nice experience! I would recommend. The ATVs were fun, but the thrill were the Ziplines. The cenote had bats and you had to be quiet, but overall it was a good excursion that we all enjoyed.

This was a good tour. I enjoyed the atv ride but loved the ziplines the most. Our guide nicknamed Machette was great. He made sure to keep us all safe in the jungle and was a good guide.

This was supposed to be a half day tour 3 3 1/2 hours and it lasted over 6. There were only supposed to be a max of 10 there was about 20 + people in my group which made everything last longer than it needed. The Atv trail was cool but wish it didn't have to be a straight line trail. The zip line definitely looks home made. The cenote was nice to refresh from the heat .
When we were done another group took our atvs so we had to wait another half hour. They didn't even offer us water and it was over 90 degrees. The lunch was okay. Over all it unorganized. The group was too big which made it go on longer than it needed.

I’ve done atvs, zip lines, and many excursions in many parts of Mexico and other countries. This tour was the WORST I’ve ever been on. I was rushed and the park was disorganized. Atv ride was 10mins long and just went in a straight line and came back. It was my teens first experience and I wish I could get my money back. My tour guide even wish he could quit. The zip line ropes, in my opinion were poorly made. Best part was the end; food was good. This tour took 6-7hours when it should’ve been a half day tour. Our tour guide was almost two hours late taking us to the destination.

We have been working with our tour guides to give them all the information and support to make your tour unique. We will check why I took so much to the guide to get you there, we know how important is for you to have a great experience on each activity you decided to take while your vacations in Tulum. We would like you to give us another opportunity, we want to give you and your kids another ATV experience for free, we know we can change that bad taste you already have, please let us know when would you like to do it and we will arrange everything, thank you for your comment we know we have to work hard to make this tour unique, and believe me when I told you we are working hard. Transportation there was horrible. We were told to meet at pick up point at 12pm and didn’t leave until almost 2pm. The van was over crowded, felt like a sauna and I’m sure if someone had covid there we are all getting it.
The van was already crowded (12 people) and we picked up two more people to finally arrive at almost 3pm. ( we were under the impression that our tour would be 12-3:30. )
Zip lining and cenote was fun. Atvs were so lame. There’s a border line between safety and just getting off the atv to walk the trail. It would have been faster.
We ended up leaving the place at 6pm! Lost dinner reservations for 7pm.... it was a show.
I rather do excursions on my own from now on in Tulum. Seriously scared to book another one......

Unfortunately sometimes things don't go as we planned and this is our case. We had one van broke early in the morning that day, that complicated all the logistic for the transfers and we have to use them to their max capacity to move all the passengers we booked for that shift. I don't know why does it take too that much to arrive as the ATV park is really close from Tulum. This si something we are working on, as you are not the only one that has tell us this. We want you to have a great experience in Tulum. Let us change that idea that you already have, we want to give you another ATV tour for free so you can experience that we have been working hard with our staff and vehicles so you can have a great tour. We had a great time at this excursion! Our guides name was Jose and he kept us entertained the entire time with his witty jokes! All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The cenote was probably the best part of the tour. My friend and I took plenty of pictures and had the opportunity to explore further back into the cenote (optional). I'd recommend this to anyone!

I booked this excursion for my 30th bday visit to tulum and was definitely satisfied with my experience! My boyfriend and I stayed at an air bnb close to the tulum beach strip and the pick up location is right by the strip (super convenient) we rented a car and was able to park right at the super aki (just as the direction said), The photos we got out of the excursion was awesome (I love having keepsakes/memories) the highlight for me was definitely the cenote -- I was afraid of the idea of bats being in the cave but it was truly magical once I faced my fears! I'll be honest I probably would not have gone in the cave without my boyfriend who was not afraid at all so definitely bring a fearless partner with you! The 4 wheelers were a great time I wish we were able to ride them even longer ( I would say your experience riding will be based on the experience of the drivers in your group because you have to stay within the group) for the most part everyone in our group was experienced and ready to roll so it was fun. If I could compare to my experience with ATVs in cabo -- cabo definitely let us ride more freely but this was still a good time. Our guides were fun and cracked jokes to make sure we were having a good time - totally worth the money.
