    Incredible snowmobile trip

    Marie_V, Mar 2026
Incredible coach ride, views of snow-covered mountains and waterways. (Sit on righthand side going out, return left side) Snowmobile was a well-run, exciting adventure in an isolated area with amazing views. Helpful friendly guide to teach and reassure (thank you David). An exhilarating experience for two 80 year-olds who loved every minute. Hot drink and soup to warm up afterwards.

    Disappointed

    Michael_W, Dec 2024
We had a half hour delay being picked up on top of having to be there half an hour early.I feel the experience should have been cancelled as the weather was extremely bad into the tour resulting in it been cut short. Also be aware of been asked to take out extra insurance cover to cover any accidental damage to the snow mobiles but we weren't allowed to check for any existing damage and also no checks were made as to who had ridden which particular snow mobile. Also protective clothing was wet already when allocated .

Regarding the optional insurance and equipment concerns, we take your feedback seriously and will review our processes to ensure they are clear, fair, and consistent for all guests. Your comments about wet protective clothing and the snowmobile allocation process have been noted, and we’ll address these issues with our team to improve the experience for future guests. We regret that this tour did not meet your expectations and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the experience you deserve.

    Wonderful arctic experience

    GauravKumar_S, Feb 2024
Great experience riding the snowmobile in snow frozen mountains amid arctic wilderness. Our guide was super and clear with instructions. Full points to the activity, though it is quite expensive viz-a-viz same activity in Finland. Also the package includes lunch, however it’s just a light meal with coffee.

    Good experience

    Lorea_P, Jan 2026
We enjoyed the experience. They give you the overalls, boots, balaclavas, helmet and mittens. It takes an hour and a half from tromso to cam tampok, there a half hour to get dressed, then a little practice with the bikes to learn, and then it is 20 minutes each person of the couple on the bike driving. It is extremely cold so I recommend wearing suitable clothes. Then the soup was great and they let you repeat. We also try typical drinks. The staff was very friendly. The only thing to improve that I would highlight is that once there, you are told to pay insurance of 25 euros per person because if something happens to the motte you would end up paying 8,500 euros. In the end we all pay for it but I think for the price of the experience it should be included.

    Almost perfect

    Tineke_D, Dec 2025
The excursion started with a fantastically beautiful 1.5 hour drive to Camp Tamok. The preparations for the snow-mobile tour went smoothly and well organized. Also riding the snowmobile itself was great! Afterwards there was delicious soup and tea waiting for us. Again very friendly staff. Only flaw we found the waiting time between dinner and the bus ride to Tromso. After dinner we had to wait another hour for the bus to leave and that was really too long.... But all things considered it was great!

    Motoneige au camp Tamok

    GWENDOLINE_L, Mar 2024
