Probably the worst private transfer service ever!

He arrived right in time but parked as far away as possible and when coming to get us did NOT offer any help with our luggage whatsoever. He drove super slow during the trip and in the last 1/4 of the trip actually had no idea what he was or where he was going! Thought that he missed the exit. So we all had to open up our Google maps to direct him to get us to where he was supposed to take us! And this was in Italy where he lived and we are from the US. We had to tell him how to get to the destination! The gentleman was a sweet old man but I think that it’s time that he retires because he clearly was “confused”

The driver was prompt to meet us a the pier with a large sign we could actually read. Then it was a plesent drive to our hotel near the airport. We heard stories of sites we saw along the way.

transport from Trieste to Venice

The most memorable part was the fact that our driver dumped us without any guidance where to go next at all! When we asked about water taxi or water transportation to our hotel he pointed to the parking garage. NOT helpful. If you have drivers who are unfamiliar with the drop off (in our case, Venice) they should NOT be the one driving. We were as far away from the water taxi spot as anyone could be and had absolutely no guidance. It was not a pleasant experience.
