This was the most accommodating service I’ve ever used. I had to cut a vacation short due to an injury. I needed to get to the airport and I wanted to make sure I got there safely under the circumstances. I want t through you to set up the car service. My driver arrived and had to park a little outside of the area when he saw me he got with security so he was able to get closer. The entire ride he was checking on me, making sure it was OK and everything was good. We got to the airport and I needed assistance, but she was not allowed to go to the drop off point that the airline said to go to. we parked in an outside parking lot and he told me to wait in the car while he went inside. He came out and brought me someone to assist with the wheelchair. While that person pushed the chair, my driver carried my luggage into the airport. He did not leave my side until he assured that I was checked in and everything was good to go. Meanwhile, from the moment I booked the manager of the company, Damien, was in contact with me. He assisted every step of the way and followed up after everything was complete. I would recommend this company and the people involved in a heartbeat.

The car service got us from the ship to the airport safely and on time. However, the driver was not waiting with a sign as he was supposed to be and had to be located by us once we exited the ship. The driver had some difficulty understanding where to go once arriving at the airport with multiple attempts to park or go into the wrong area instead of just getting to the terminal drop off so we could get inside for our flight otherwise the experience was fine. I would definitely recommend the service but not the driver

Our very polite italian man was waiting for us as we stepped of the cruise ship, the car was tidy and the room for 6 adults wasn't a problem even with 6 large bags.
Just need to know why every italian driver thinks its ok to drive at 160kph all the time

Veda Bus is great to work with, they were waiting right by the port with a well marked sign and transported 2 groups of 6 together from Trieste to our hotel in Venice.
When one of our passengers lost her passport in the van the driver immediately turned around and brought it back to the hotel. Quickly remedied a very stressful situation.

We used the private transfer from Trieste to Venice Marco Polo airport upon departing our cruise ship. Since our flight departed at 12:15PM, the cruise ship would not provide bus transportation options to us …. Our flight had to depart after 1PM. The driver was early, waiting for us outside the cruise terminal and got us to the airport in 1 hour 40 minutes. Great service!
