Hard to find. We went to informed...

Hard to find. We went to informed pole to meet the driver, but there was just a note that pole has changed. Searched new pole, no driver. Had to call. Finaly arrived, but we had to ask from driver is this our trasfer. He wasnt active to find us.

Disgraceful, 11pm at Toronto airport after travelling 28 hrs NO vehicle and on contacting the online ph number the dispatcher could not find the booking reference and would not send a vehicle. I had to get alternate transport from the airport to the City Hotel.

The service is pretty nice with quality car. However you do need to pay extra for entrance fee for the airport, that's like CAD15 dollars. If you haven't planed anything, the driver will be more than happy to help plan and be you tour guide for it.
