After we got into the wrong car that had waved us to them, our Viator driver called me immediately and we were able to return to our location and exit the wrong vehicle and get to the correct vehicle. It was scary and we were thankful our aviator driver was helping us. He explained why this sometimes happens and how to prevent it from happening again.

The driver arrived earlier than expected. When my adult daughter and I went down to the registration desk of the hotel we were staying in fifteen minutes before the arranged time, he was already seated there waiting for us. Our arrival at the airport was just as timely.

the staff is unfriendly, the driver thinks that tips are an obligation, I want to remind you that tips are left to the appreciation of visitors but some drivers keep asking for them telling you : you owe me 10.

Rude unhelpful driver, no information on where we were meant to meet the taxi as there were multiple exits at the Hotel.
When arriving at the Airport the driver almost refused to unload our cases until we had tipped him!

Good transport from and to the airport. Good instructions on where to go when arriving at Toronto airport. On pickup from hotel to airport driver arrived early which we were glad about because of the heavy traffic. Driver was very professional.

Driver turned up on time with a nice vehicle - very pleasant ride to the airport. Would definitely use this again as it is quite a long way from the city centre and so we felt it was definitely worth the money - took all the hassle away.

I have used Carmel Shuttle service several times in the past years and this is the first time that they let me down. I had to call twice and the car was 15 minutes late. The driver was fine and I arrived safely. Thank goodness I gave myself extra time because going through customs took longer than I anticipated. Thank goodness I have global entry too. But I was not satisfied with my transportation service. I will think twice about using this service in the future. Viator offers wonderful options, but I am writing to the company also.

I would not recommend this transfer service at all. You book through Viator, then you are required to fill in an online form to the local supplier again providing all the same details and call them to confirm at least 12 hours before pick up. Despite doing all of these things, the system failed for me and I was left waiting on the pavement with my bags resulting in my calling an Uber which cost CAD 35, about 20. I also ended up spending about 25 on calls from my mobile phone which in Canada are very expensive plus it took a little something away from what was a really great trip.

Driver was almost 30 minutes late. I was outside waiting 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup and he said he drove by many times. Not true. He also said he tried calling several times, yet my phone showed one call, 10 minutes AFTER the pickup time. Called the provided and that was just as bad. 30 minutes on the phone to be transferred over and over and having to retell why I was calling. No customer service values at all. Would rate this a zero star if it were possible!

Be careful when booking-we booked the car as it took 3 adults - so we had 3 cases. Driver came said he wouldn't take us as had loads of baggage -we had 1case each plus 2 ruck sacks. Then told he would take us and cost us an extra $25. Spoilt start to our holiday plus arguing on phone-sorted in end
