Overview

Fly through the snow-covered landscape, pulled by a team of sled dogs, on this one-of-a-kind adventure. Following local pickup (if option selected), gear up, meet the dogs, and prepare for an adventure. Then, set off via the homemade trail, which means your small group and guide are alone in the snowy wilderness. This tour also includes a warming fika break around a fire, complete with coffee and cinnamon rolls.

We ONLY pick you up from the SELECTED pick up point on your booking. The pick up is NOT a shuttle bus. WE do not go to each location! Please be at the correct pick up location as you have chosen at the time of booking. ( Tourist office, Camp Ripan, Icehotel or Our kennel)and be there 10 min before. We cannot wait if you are late... we do not want you to miss your tour, but we will have to leave if you are late as we have multiple places to pick up. For those who have selected NO PICK UP. it is your OWN responsibility to get to our kennel located 45 kms south of Kiruna as the PICK UP IS NOT INCLUDED If you have selected NO PICK UP!

I highly recommend it! I went on this tour with my brother on december 23rd, it was a very pleasant experience from the very beggining. The tour guides Lucas and Izzy were very welcoming and answered every question we were always asking, we liked them very much. At the property, we had a very chill experience while sledding with beautiful views of the landscape during the trail, and also a lovely coffee break. The dogs are incredibly friendly and like to be petted. At the end of the journey, you may have the opportunity to help feed them, and also meet the puppies. Great tour.

This tour was so, so good! The scenery of the route is amazing, and all employees we met were incredibly nice (I forgot the names, but a special shout out to the German girl, the Swiss guy and the lovely man who helped setting up fika). We even got to play with some young puppies. Really amazing, just book it.

Relaxing husky tour with sunrise during early winter

This activity was great, with clothing provided and pick up at Camp Ripan. It was convenience, the driver arrived 10 min earlier. Total time for the ride was around 40 minutes. We were able to view the sunrise and sunset during our activity.

So nice you were able to see the sunrise and sunset.. thats quite unique... now it's the darker time of the year... so we are looking forward to January when the sun is coming up again!! thanks again for your review!

It was absolutely wonderful! I thought about it for a long time before deciding to do this tour because I’m always a bit skeptical about animal welfare in these kinds of activities. However, after reading all the positive reviews, I had a good feeling about it, so we decided to give it a try—and we definitely didn’t regret it. The people there treat the dogs with so much care and affection. Each person is responsible for their own dogs, building a close bond with them. They always make sure the dogs are well taken care of, and the sledding pace is adjusted to suit the dogs. If one of them doesn’t feel like running, they simply swap them out for another dog. When we were there and the sleds were being prepared, it was clear how excited and happy the dogs were to get going! We quickly realized we had made the right decision, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! 🦮❄️🫶🏽

The Husky Tour was a great experience to enjoy the nature of swedish lapland! And the dogs are so cute, especially the puppies. I could totally recommend this tour for all nature and dog lovers!

We cannot recommend this experience enough. We happened to be the only two people who had booked the tour that morning and it was an incredible experience to spend so much time with the dogs. Everyone at the kennel was super friendly (not to mention the owner's super adorable kids). They really ensure that your experience is not hindered by the cold by providing lots of warm clothes. The beverages and light snack mid tour at the tipi are great to give you a chance to ask your guide any questions you have about sledding and the dogs. Then you get to participate in feeding the sled team upon return and even unharnessing the dogs too. We also got the chance to play with the new puppies! It was honestly the best part of our entire month long European tour.

Spectacular scenic views

The booking was seamless and the service providers were very good. The Husky Lapland tour provider were awesome. While we were going in the car we were thinking why do we have to go so far but it was worth waiting. You will be seeing spectacular view as on the way and breathtaking scenic view during the husky sledding.

It was a bucket list item of mine to go dogsledding and I’m sooooo glad I chose this group! Everyone involved was kind and helpful, happy people. We rode a sled with our guide, Sara, who answered all of endless questions and seemed just as excited to share the experience with us. The dogs were so friendly, the views were breathtaking, and all the people were amazing!!! Thanks again for a memory of a lifetime!

Die Tour war einfach nur grandios.Von der Abholung in Kiruna,bis zur Begrüßung vor Ort mit Kennenlernen der Hunde und dann mit der Fahrt. Wir haben auf unserer Fahrt auch 3 Elche gesehen was sehr schön war und die FIKA im Zelt war sehr sehr schön.Die Guides sind einfach fantastisch ,es war uns nie langweilig und als krönenden Abschluss durften wir mit den 1 Monat alten Puppies kuscheln,es war so toll,vielen Dank

Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben sehr viel Info über die Hunde, Touren und Natur bekommen. Die Fahrt verging im Nu. Gemütliches Tipi mit Feuer, Getränken und Zimtbrötchen hat uns in der Mitte der Tour erwartet ! Lecker! Und dann noch zum Schluss Knuddeln mit 1 Monat alten Welpen. So süß. Die Hunde sind sehr lieb und mögen wenn man sie durch Knuddeln für schöne Fahrt bedankt! Vielen Dank für schönes Erlebnis!

Cette expérience a été notre préférée de tout le voyage. Découvrir les paysages magnifiques en traîneaux de husky est vraiment incroyable. À la fin, nous avons pu passer un moment avec les chiots et donner à manger à ceux qui ont fait la balade pour les féliciter. Je recommande à 100%.

Incroyable expérience. Parcours privé et magnifique. Guides sympathiques donnant plein d’informations sur les chiens et rencontre avec les chiots. En plus l’une d’elles était française 😉 Sans doute notre plus belle activité à Kiruna.

Abholung perfekt zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit; Fahrer bereits sehr nett; Einführung super; deutscher Guide; Strecke mit super schöner Aussicht; Pause auf halber Strecke in einer schönen Kotta mit Zimtschnecken und Kaffee; für unseren kleinen Sohn wurde extra warmer Saft eingepackt; zum Abschluss durften wir noch die Huskywelpen besuchen und kuscheln; ein rund um tolles Erlebnis, was man durchaus auch schon mit kleineren Kindern machen kann. Unser Sohn ist gerade 3 und hatte richtig Spaß! Aber dringend auf ausreichend warme Kleidung achten, vor allem auch mit Schutz im Gesicht wegen dem Fahrtwind. Wir haben ihm eine Sturmhaube und einen Skihelm mit Visier aufgesetzt, so war er gut gegen den Fahrtwind geschützt.
