Many husky sled tours involve just riding behind huskies, with a skilled ‘musher’ at the helm. With this tour from Kiruna, you and your companion can drive and ride to enjoy the ultimate husky-sledding experience. Prebook to guarantee your place, and on the day, travel to a husky kennels. We cannot wait if you are late! Please be at the meeting point selected on your booking 10 min early. We have many guests to pick up, so we don't want you to miss the tour because you are late. Our pick up is not a shuttle service and will not pass each pick up point. So please make sure you are the same pick up point as selected on your booking. If you have selected no pick up it is YOUR OWN responsibility to make it to our kennel on time. We only recommend no pick up for people with a rental car as taxi is very expensive. If you have selected NO PICK UP... WE WILL NOT PICK YOU UP!

The Huskies were super friendly and could pet them after the ride. The tour was fantastic, I have never experienced anything similar. Our guide was very helpful and shared a lot of interesting information about the dogs. The whole experience was wonderful, I'm sure this wasn't the last time I visited the place.

A Memorable Experience

Started with Thomas who picked us up from Camp Ripan. Upon arrival at the tour facility , Alex guided us what to wear to make sure we remain warm and comfortable during the tour. Diana was our lead guide, and she was very enthusiastic, professional and an excellent instructor and guide. It ended up with a bonfire coffee session we will never forget. Eric brought us home with engaging conversations and made sure we are back to our hotel safely. To summarize, It was a wonderful, unforgettable experience. Aside from the magical tour with the wonderful dogs, the team we met are authentic, and seems that they really love what they do. Especially Diana where we spent a lot of time together during the trip. The bonfire, coffee and snacks was a great addition. They made our tour memorable, and seem like we are not tourists but a part of the family. 11 /10 rating. Cheers to these wonderful people we met today.

The team that looked after us were friendly and made the day run so smoothly. From being picked up at the tourist centre, to being taught how to drive the sled, and all the way to the end, we never felt rushed and the staff were knowledgeable and told great stories about the personalities of the dogs and their experiences with them. The dogs are so well loved and looked after!

Worth the frozen toes & froze nose - Book it!

What a ride!!! Kent and his team will take amazing care of you, just like they do their pups. Our driver Zoltan (sp?) was above and beyond helpful and friendly from pick up to drop off! They provide all the gear in case you dont have any and if they offer extra - take it (your fingers and toes will thank you later!). The dogs are well looked after and the facility is well run with a close group of people who really care. The ride is breathtaking. We took the 12.30 trip, that wrapped up about 5pm. Had clear skies so the sunset & snow were stunning. Easier than you think to handle the sled if you are hesitating and Kent is a fab teacher who will make sure you are comfortable. Its an otherwise 'soft' landing in the powder if you misstep, but you wont :-) If you have a go-pro or selfie-stick to use while your partner is driving, recommend it. Hands will get VERY cold while riding making it tough but not impossible to get good pics and drivers need two hands 'on the wheel' at all times and are not allowed to take photos for safety. Met wonderful people in our group and enjoyed the post run fireside chat to defrost. One of the highlights of our trip!!

L’expérience est inédite. Vous arrivez on vous habille très chaudement, on vous explique comment vous devez conduire un traîneau et c’est très simple. Il faut être attentif au chien lorsqu’il ralentisse pour X raison et à ce moment-là ne pas laisser le traîneau s’porter vers les chiens. Mon fils de 12 ans a conduit le traîneau au retour donc je dirais que c’est vraiment abordable à tous. On a fait 18 km dans -28°.😂😂🥶 au retour, nous donnons à manger aux chiens, on les remet dans leur chenil, on va visiter les chiots et ensuite on va prendre un thé autour d’un feu de bois. Franchement il y a aucune hésitation à avoir car c’est une expérience incroyable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe qui est formidable. Je le referai volontiers.

Es war auf der ganzen Anlage spürbar, mit wie viel Liebe und Herzblut für die Hunde gesorgt und mit ihnen gearbeitet wurde. Die Guides sind durchwegs sehr freundlich und erklären alles. Die Route ist fantastisch und das selbst Fahren macht unheimlich Spaß. Das nächste mal werden wir mindestens eine Zwei-Tagestour buchen. Ein sehr eindrückliches und energiespendendes Erlebnis!

Assolutamente consigliata questa esperienza, avevo paura si trasformasse in qualcosa di troppo turistico invece la sensazione è stata di un ambiente e di persone davvero autentiche, che amano il lavoro che fanno, ci mettono una passione incredibile e amano i cani che allevano. Ti ritrovi in mezzo agli alberi e alla neve, nel silenzio, e ti sembra di essere in un altro mondo, con la tua slitta trainata da cani meravigliosi. Fantastico coccolare i cani dopo, anche i cuccioli, e ritrovarsi intorno al fuoco e ascoltare le loro storie. Esperienza imperdibile, con lo sicuramente! Grazie ancora!

We hebben genoten van een mooie tocht met de honden slee. De gids was fijn, ze vertelde vol enthousiasme over de honden. Wij mochten ze eten geven en terug naar de kennels brengen. De puppy's aaien en de slee zelf sturen. Fantastische.
