- It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

The transfer was fantastic. Comfortable and affordable. The drivers were a wonderful help when we had issue with our Viator tickets being invalid. The drivers quickly help us purchase new tickets to get us on our way. So thankful for their help.

Overall good experience. Booked online and tickets issued with barcode. Staff were reluctant to accept these saying only tickets with scan code were valid. I can only use tickets that your website issues. Website should issue all scan code tickets.

The ticket issued by Viator was not accepted by the bus driver. I had to buy another ticket and wait for another bus delaying my travel to the hotel.

We boarded a bus and thought it was the right one BUT it wasn't! However, driver said it was okay "because the same company owned both bus lines." NO CLEAR MARKINGS!!!

At first The driver didn't except the voucher. But we insist that we pay, so he took the voucher and let us in.
At the central station we talked to the representative of fligbussarna. She told us that the number on the voucher is only for Consideration between fligbussarna and viator, and we should give the voucher to the driver.
We told her that it seems that the drivers are not familiar with this procedure, and asked her to refresh this procedure to avoid inconvenience for other travelers.
The trip from arlanda to Stockholm was very comfortable and smooth.

Polite yet late. It was unpleasant waiting for the driver. I asked at the front desk twice. I went outside and the driver was quickly walking towards the hotel door. So as I said Polite yet late.

Super easy to find and fast and relaxing way to get to the city. We got off at the Stockholm Central station and it was close to our hotel so it all worked out perfectly. Buses have wifi and outlets to charge your phones. Seats are comfortable. We flew from the US on a 12 hour flight so we didn't want to sit down right away, but the seats were super comfy.

We used this to and from the airport, good value for money and efficient service. Buses every 10 minutes. However on both journeys the drivers did not seem familiar with the Viator voucher although accepted it.

This is actually a public bus servicing this shared arrival transfer. You will have to find the right area to find it. People around are very pleasant and are willing to point you to the right direction. This not one where someone is waiting for you at the gate of arrival. You have to go out on the streets and find the bus. Well it is a very reasonable transport anyhow.

Great way to get to our hotel, the Radisson Blu Royal Viking. We walked about half a block and were there. Bus ride was quick and comfortable, but do not expect the bus driver to stow your bag in the luggage compartment of bus.

The actual bus ride was excellent but.. and this is a big but... when I booked it said I could use electronic or paper vouchers. So I arrived at the bus and the driver refused to let me on. The woman who was seeing to the luggage was more understanding and let me on the back door, but she said i had to print out the voucher at my hotel for both my incoming ride and my return. see my comments on the return, whereI was told, I have never seen this voucher before...

They had problems to recognize our voucher and had to ask several people whether it is valid for this bus or another one. Finally they accepted it. The same happened when we went back. People were very friendly and at Stockholm Central Station they pointed us to the right bus right from the beginning

I didn't use this service even though I booked it. As the arrival one wasn't great, I just took a cab back to the airport. I didn't want to get the T-bana to T-centralen with my luggage, then walk to City Terminal to catch the bus. If you speak to your hotel they have cab firms who they use regular to get a better deal on cabs. Our was 390kr from Soder to the airport.

I printed the voucher, but the bus driver didn't recognize them, not could he validate any of the numbers on the print into his system. He refused to bring us along.
