Pilot was friendly with excellent knowledge and ensured that people on both sides of the helicopter could take amazing photos and enjoy the views. A fabulous experience and well worth the money

The helicopter experience was truly incredible! Our pilot was so kind and really took the time to explain everything about Mount Etna in a clear and interesting way. He made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable, and we were able to capture some amazing photos. He also took the time to listen to our questions and answer them with great care. An unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend!

The pilot was so friendly, and knowledgeable about Mt. Etna. We got great information all the way. The views over the craters were amazing. Also the ground staff who welcomed us were so welcoming, warm and friendly. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you!
